We still have yet to get Verizon in my area and cox has its monopoly. The customer service is horrible. They said Tuesday that my modem ate my Internet, said they would be out here Wednesday from 8 to 10 am. So at 1230 when I heard nothing I called them. They said a tech would call in 20 mins. So @ 2pm I called them back. They said they went to the wrong house and asked for a description of my house. They never came Wednesday. I called at 8 am on Thursday morning and they couldnt get me until Friday (happens to b my grandmas funeral) so they can come Saturday. Im not holding my breath. And they guy I spoke with today was as rude as they come. And even used the description of my house I gave them yesterday against me, today in the phone call. Decribed my house and told me they were there after they told me at 2pm yesterday they went to the wrong house?!?! Come on Verizon we need you where I am.

Horrible customer service. Worst company EVER. Poor communications with customer...they came to my house twice to install internet and refysed to install service even though i git an authorization letter from my rental office giving Cox permission to install the internet...which is what their so-called tech person said he needed the first time to install service. They do not call to follow up...ive spent two hours just to speak with a manager who will help. If you can find another provider i STRONGLY suggest looking for a more organized and CUSTOMER FOCUSED company. Save yourself all the STRESS and DRAMA of dealing with COX Communications.

I really wish there was an option for negative stars. This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I am surprised they are still in business. If it wasnt for where I live I would gladly chose anyone else over this mess of a company. Where to begin, well the Internet usually goes down at least once a week. The cable also goes down frequently and they think for a second its OK to charge what they do being the horrible company they are. If you have any choice at all other than cox you should go with them because cox will only give you migraines and over priced "services".
