Roger help us today, he was friendly with a great smile. Shows that he wanted to help the customer, provided me with great information and provided me with a large bag for all my equipment. I wish I can give the place five star but when I went in there the day before 10 minute before closing time. We got Maya and I dont know maybe she had a bad day but she was short with us, didnt provide us with any information that was useful, left us with more question and when I asks for a large bag for the 3 mini box and dual modern that I pick up that day she told me they were out, they only had small bag. When the lady next to her was giving them away to her other customer. I was furious! I told her I see your co-worker giving it away again she was short and snap we only have the small bad. I honestly didnt want to go back to that office because of that experience I had with Maya but that store was the closes store next to my house. Anyway again Roger was awesome.

Went into the store just to pick up some wires. I had to sign in meanwhile the place is packed, i get it, its a Saturday BUT I sat there for 30 min and the same 2 people being helped were the same 2 people still being helped when i decided it was a waste of time and left. The wait list was off the charts as in i couldnt see where i was in line and it hadnt moved at all. I only saw 3 employees and a door person. Understaffed or not, extremely too slow and inefficient. If i had access to verizon in my area thats what i would get, but unfortunately cox is the main service for Hampton roads, which is totally depressing.

This place is a joke. Hour long wait for five seconds of service. All I needed to do was drop of equipment that was given to me broken. Every time I have to visit this store I wait an hour or more. The associates are always very friendly every time, but a better system for dropping off equipment and other quick issues needs to be created. There is always only two people or less working the stands and a "manager" walking around doing godknows what. This lack of effectiveness is while Ill being enjoying Direct TV and the Sunday ticket this year.

Do not believe the time posted on here! It closes at 6 or 7 depending on the day. If you are counting on getting your payment in last minute I recommend that you go early. Also, if you decide to use the drop box, just know that posted above the door it states that it could take up to 7 days to process your payment. Otherwise, the staff here are all very polite and friendly. They only got 1 star because someone posted the wrong closing time and I drove from far to get to this location only to discover it had closed.

Cox has the worst customer service. First they delete my online account even though Im still a paying customer because I havent logged-in in a while and then they cant give me an estimate of how long the wait is and make me wait over 25 minutes JUST to drop off my old equipment that they were charging me to rent even though it didnt work half the time. Tighten up Cox. Theres a reason your e losing this market.

Easy check in. Wait wasnt bad at all. Roger was great, very friendly, and professional. A lady at the next register was losing her mind on the young cox cable reps but neither lost their composure or flinched. I dont know if I would have handled it the same. Even further, after the women left neither spoke ill of her but talked about how/why that happened and what they couldve done different. Well done.

Usually go to this store during the late morning. Never go on the weekend when every thing is busy everywhere. Once I walked in the door with a remote control to swap and was met with a new remote--wait time 1 minute. Today I was swapping out a DVR and while the store was busy I had to wait 10 min and was out the door 10 min later. It does not get much better than that.

This is the worst internet experience I have ever had. It constantly cuts in and out and leaves me frustrated every day. Even the cable TV goes black almost daily ever since the mandatory upgrade to all digital; NOW THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR EACH TV YOU HOOK UP!!! Weve had service technicians come and go year after year yet the problems still persist. Dont fall into this pit.

Been having an issue with our service ever since the digital conversion. I had mini boxes which were totally useless then had to get hd receivers. Havent received all channels that we were supposed to get. Everyone at cox lynnhaven store is rude. Asked to speak to supervisor and she started to yell at me. Cox is bullshit.

Came here to exchange the wrong equipment which was sent to me by cox. Wait time is 30+ minutes for something that I shouldnt have to spend any time on in the first place since cox should ship what was ordered by the customer. Absolute waste of time.

Assume this store listened to previous complaints. Was pleasantly surprised. Greeted at door and had agent taking care of me immediately. She was friendly and efficient; did not push for additional services and I was done in less than 5 minutes.

Workers are really nice which is why they get a star but Cox seems to have a problem of telling you one thing and then when you call to understand whats going on telling you another. then there is the not telling you everything part.
