Our company signed up for a 2 year contract for a faster internet speed and a Price for Life Promotion. Our experience with Frontier Communications was disappointing, frustrating and unacceptable . NUMEROUS telephone calls were made to Frontier Communications to find out why we were NOT receiving the faster internet speed WE PAID FOR. Finally a real person showed up to discover we were connected to the wrong internet feed. After the internet speed issue was resolved, there was a billing issue. NUMEROUS telephone calls were made, emails were sent to correct the billing issue with no success of resolving the issue. Finally, a meeting was scheduled with a representative at the Frontier Office to discuss the billing issue. It was determined by the Frontier representative we were due a credit. This information was sent to the Complex Billing department. The Complex Billing department stated in an email there is no credit due, even though we were originally told by a Frontier representative a credit would be issued. In conclusion, FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS DOES NOT care about the small business owner.This was demonstrated by their POOR service , lack of communication when issues needed addressed. A VERY POOR RATING IS GIVEN IN THIS REVIEW.

You stink out loud - my 80 mother had an order in with you to disconnect her phone service on March 18th you turned it off March 8th. She called to have it turned back on and you all told her even though it was your mistake she would need to have a credit check done (she has been a customer for 47 years) which would take 24 hours plus she would have to pay to have it turned back on. So my 80 mother has no phone, no internet and no life alert service all because of your mistake and your refusal to correct your mistake. You better hope she doesnt have an emergency in the next 10 days or it will cost you way more than turning her phone back on would have. Again, you all stink out loud! Okay, you dont all stink out loud, my mother called back today and got a very nice gentleman who checked and sure enough it was Frontiers fault and within half an hour had her phone and internet restored. So thank you kind sir, and to the two different ladies that gave her a hard time yesterday, shame on you.

They missed 3 appointments to set up my internet. No calls or anything to let me know they werent coming. Each time they had to reschedule for another week out. On the second appointment I called after they were late was reassured they were on their way. Called two hours later they said they never got the invoice and it was too late to come out now. On the THIRD scheduled appointment I called at 8 am they said everything was in the computer and they be here between 8-12 . Called at 11:30 they said they were on their way. Called at 1 not coming they need to reschedule for next. It was absolutely unbelievable!! I finally said I didnt want their service anymore after having to miss 3 days of work.

Had great service in New Holland but since I have been living in Leola service has been terrible. They told me they would credit me for all the days I did not have service which was two months just got my bill not only was there no credit they jacked the price up 20 bucks a month had someone out 4 or 5 times and its still not working.

I got phone and internet service with them 7 months ago. My phone plan includes long distance. Every month they charge me for long distance calls. Every month I call them and they adjust the bill and tell me the problem is resolved, which it never is. I go through this EVERY MONTH!!!!

We have switched to another phone company and there was still some issues and at the main number they said all are disconnected so I called the new holland location directly and the issue was resolved in minutes. Great Job Julia

I have had many instances with no broadband connection, a lack of urgency to fix said connection, and billing issues. Dont even waste your time with Frontier.

The speed its okay. Theyre wireless router doesnt have a very strong signal.
