I hope I never use Comcast. This company is to terrible. I moved from Florida to Delaware. I required them to transfer my service to the new location. They did not. They open a new account for me and require me to pay for both account. I refused and they stopped my service. After 3 month, they are still working on the billing issue. No internet until they could clear their calculation. The tech will never show up if they do not want to. Appointment means nothing to them.

Comcast is awful and they are okay with it. A tech will decide one day that they dont want to show up till 8 days from now and when that day comes they will make up some excuse as to why they arent coming and then push back more time for you (the customer) to not get service and then later on get a bill for it.

Terrible customer service. comcast came out and dug trench in my yard to lay cable line. A few days later a large hole popped up in my yard. Ive had to call repeatedly to try and get a resolution to this problem and still nothing has been done.
