Very reliable the only thing is the payment center is closed on saturdays which I find to be a bit odd. Many working people who need to come in to speak to someone cant because of the mon thru friday schedule. It would be convenient if the place was open pn saturdays even for a short period of time. Thats my only problem with this location. But other than that good job

Ever since the switch to Spectrum the service plummeted. Time warner had late hours on Thursday, and Saturday hours by the Richmond Ave location.. now no Saturday and they close at 6pm M-F .. People like me like to pay in person, speak to an associate in person.. I am not happy with this service, the cut backs.. Time Warner sold and went Spectrum went cheap...

Ever since they went to spectrum there service sucks always have outages on staten island weather lose all three no phone internet or tv myself relies on the internet and it always goes down she needs it for work and loses money all the time.we need a reliable company.time Warner is reliable anymore.

No one around to check me in when I arrived, didnt know I had to, waited on line for 10 minutes before I was told I had to sign in. Ended up waiting another 15 minutes. They then made the act of canceling my service way too difficult. Verizon Fios is the way to go on Staten Island IMO.

Ever since Spectrum bought Time Warner Cable, my TV cable and Wifi/Internet has not been good. There are more than a few power outages a week , everything just randomly cuts off. It is terrible. I cannot wait to switch to another cable company! Time warner cable PLEASE come back!

Service is ok, Staten Island has only two locations and the cable way is the one nearest to me and hate that they are closed on Saturdays. The other location is too far. TWC should consider opening Saturdays for a few hours.
