Ridiculous! the service this company is so bad they should be sued please if there ever is a class action lawsuit please contact me the service is so bad this company you cant even make this up what government entity regulates this thieves they charge every month and you 1/3 of the speed you pay when it works and this daily all day every day I have visited third world countries with less technology than ours and their superstars compare to this company Here I am on the other line with my company cause I also have penteledata with this company but one thing I will do is terminate their contract with our company which is one of their biggest accounts.

Highest signal is 720p so my 1080 sets dont work at best picture. Before the switch to digital (which now requires boxes at additional cost) never had any issues. The digital boxes are terrible quality. Junk. Went through how many to get one that works. Channels drop out and come back at will. Requires a additional remote so now I have lots of remotes. Volume goes up and down at will. Of course every new year my bill jumps up. $109+ for enhanced basic. What a bargain.

Slow speed, bad service. If you have the ability to get another provider I would recommend it. Service Electric consistently has slower than advertised speed, and regularly chokes down to 1mb down when paying for 50mb. They then blame Pen Tele Data who blames them. If I could leave I would, but they have a Monopoly in my area, so they dont even have an incentive to make it better.

I had other services with the other companies and the were very overpriced and always had some hiden charge . At the end of the day Service Electric had the best quality service and price for my business. I can always get a real person on the phone fast if i have a question and every month i know what my bill is . No contracts, best price ,home town feeling, you cant go wrong!!!!

Horrible. I cant even begin to list the issues Ive had with this sorry excuse for a business. Service started in November, it is now April and Im finally cancelling. I gave them too many chances. Yes, in 5 months. Worst customer service, outrageous pricing and deception. Cable never even worked, which I was paying $100/ month alone for that. Gave me back $5 of that $500.

Great experience with the billing department, which is obviously unheard of, fast internet. The router does restart from time to time and thats really annoying. But overall very happy.
