Bought a new home in Middletown, DE. Set up installation over the Internet which took 10 minutes. Never received a confirmation email. Called back a few days later. They recognized that I tried to set up the installation but there was an error because of my new address. Spent 1 hour on the phone, mostly holding, not talking to anyone. All they could tell me is that they would call me back... in 3 DAYS!!! Still not sure when I can get installation. I have been a Verizon customer for years. Disappointed is an understatement.

What can i say about Verizon Fios that hasnt been said already. Amazing internet yes, decent TV yes. But the internet has a slight problem though. I ordered the 50/25 mbps internet, but i only get about 15/19 most of the time i do a speed test. Yes thats still really good bandwith and a way better upload speed to which most other companies dont go up that high, I feel disappointed that i am not getting the speeds that i was promised. So with all that said i give Fios a 3/5.
