Time warner service has got to be one of the worst in the area. The tech was 4 hours late for appointment and not even 24 hours later all the services are out. The calls get outsourced and the lady that I spoke with where ever she was said " there is a regional outage as well as maintenance being done in your area." Well thats surprising because my neighbors still have service so the "outage" must just affect my house. When asked to be transferred state side to an actual rep in my area I was told they couldnt. I will be leaving time warner as quickly as I got them and their services went out....

Cable TV companies havent changed a bit from the bad old days when they were the single CATV provider in the areas they served. In spite of all their TV commercials touting service their service is as bad as every. They have our address wrong in their "customer service" system so they cancelled a service call. Never called the contact we gave them to access our house and actually went to the wrong address across the street. Now they expect us to prove we live at the correct address. I wonder if theyll find us if we stop paying the bill. WORSE THAT EVER. I rate them negative 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible! Put signs on door closing when they want. Trying to return boxes at 218 pm will not open door. They are at desk ignoring you outside door. Never will do business with them again!
