Optimum was great, the installation went smoothly and they always showed up on the time they said they would. The internet itself was fast and never lagged, the customer service was very helpful. Unfortunately we couldnt continue service as we relocated and Optimum didnt cover that area. I am hoping they do eventually because the service provides really suck in that area. Best Internet service provided I have experienced.

Lady with the gray hair wearing glasses was the rudest person I have seen working behind a customer service desk. Very forceful, demanding that I sign without providing any explanation for what I am signing. Optimum really dropped the ball with customer service there leaving a bitter aftertaste afterwards. WILL NOT USE OPTIMUM AGAIN.

Tried phoning in at 10h20am and all i get is a recording"No one is available to take your call at the moment" and then the line drops....no option for a call back..nothing!!

I have been to this location many times - usually the lines and wait times are pretty long ! The last 2 times have been short lines & pleasant staff to work with..

No line and ample parking. Only problem is that it is eastbound, so if you are east of it you have to go to the next street down to make a u-turn.
