I dont typically write a reviews unless some went above and beyond. Thats exactly what Hector Valez (apologies if I have misspelt the gentlemans name) did. Someone had called the company and said they are moving into my house. The company, without verifying, cancelled my account and sent me a letter. After several horrendous phone calls, I thought i should visit the store personally. Hector (with his hand braces on) took over the case and got to the bottom of it. There were many moving parts to the case. He not only solved it, he also ensured i got a credit for the days that I was inconvenienced for even though i hadnt asked for it. I hope the company recognizes such people and ensures they are kept happy. I know my gratitude remains with this person.

Since taken over by the French company Altice, everything seems to have taken a nose dive. Not only did they raise my rates by nearly a third over the course of 6 months but they withdrew more than twice what I owed them on automatic billing. I have Dish now and they are infinitely better. If you are a potential new customer, do yourself and your family a favor and check out either of the satellite providers. No one else can even approach the horrific service of Cablevision. Unfortunately I have no other choice for broadband but the day that changes I will gleefully drop them so fast that it will rupture space-time.

Its going to be 2 years with optimum and never had any complaint with them of any kind. Good speed, and competitive rates. Took it initially because I had no other options but happy with it and now using it even though I have other options.

They rescheduled twice. Once on a Saturday and another time on Monday. I left work early on Monday only to have someone call me at 440 (20 min before their last appointment) to tell me they do not have enough man power. Waste of my time!!!!

No wait when I went on a Thursday evening. Staff was nice, but they seem like the same programmed drones you get on the phone. You can return hardware here as well as change your plan.
