Tech Daniel # 5420 was able to fix a problem with my tv on 1/21/17, that the previous techician gave up on....on 1/19/17 I called with a problem ....the voice on my tv was suddenly not working...The tecnician..went through a battery of things to be be done...finally told my -husband to go to Time Warner and change the box...he ..the tech ...also cancelled the appt. Koodos for Loretta and especially Danielwe had for the sat 1/21/17 saying that if this did not work we probably needed a new tv.... (guess his job was done) Needless to say we were very upset because the .. new?? ...box didnt help. We proceeded to call again...this time we got a tech from middletown NY (Loretta) who again tried to help she very gracious & patient..realized we were totally frustrated.and she reinstated the service call for sat the 21st with Daniel as the techician...He was very patient ...took his time checking out everything.. finally he said he try another box .....and lo and behold our tv is working...voice and all...

I thought it was bad as time Warner but at least then they apologized in cash when they messed up, spectrum just doesnt give two sh##s. From the very first day it was installed my service gave my problems. Paid for dvr that wasnt recording half my shows and had to reboot the boxes every other day to watch what was there. Half a dozen replacement boxes and having my entire house rewired all the way to the pole still didnt fix it and not so much as a dime in credit. Finally I tell them where they can put there tv and have them shut off everything but the Internet only to be told I have to pay $20 more per month than advertised every ten minutes on their half assed tv because I had the displeasure of being tortured by the service already rather than being a new sucker/customer who doesnt know the nightmare theyre getting into yet. All for the barely there signal that lets me post this review. I think they took that name because the service, equipment and most of the reps are severely autistic.

Just when you thought it couldnt get worse... the cost goes up and up every month and the quality of performance and the channel selections decline almost as sharply. No one should have to pay $200 for TV, internet, and phone. Who has that kind of money to just willingly part with each month and not wonder "why do we need this"??? I personally dont need 85% of the channels Im privy to. Time to cut the cord

They are clueless, the folks at this location are friendly and try to help but the company seemingly does not share information. They make changes to their network and deny it, causing compatibility issues with existing networking gear. This is an attempt to make you lease inferior equipment from them. Do your research before you speak with them.

I would give 0 stars if I could review with it! Spectrum has practically monopolized my town and has the most expensive plans with the worst service. I used to pay $50 less a month with Verizon for the same type of packages and my speeds were 3x as good. Dont use them if you dont have to, theyre the worst.

They lie constantly! Try requesting a conversation with a supervisor or manager! They dont exist and the sales people lie and say they are supervisors. Changes are made to accounts without knowledge or consent. Horrible company!!

This is the absolute worst cable provider on the planet. Dont let the new name fool you. Their service is horrendous. If you have to go to their office on a weekend, plan on waiting 2+ hours.
