Steve and the crew at Crossfit Ignite do a tremendous job of motivating you and creating challenging but obtainable workout goals. Being new to CrossFit-Ignite and most certainly not being in the best shape, Steve designed a workout that mirrored what the class was doing but more geared towards what I was physically capable of. He paid close attention to my movement and form to ensure that I wasnt doing anything that could hurt myself and motivated me and the rest of the class throughout! Its a fun and comfortable workout environment with no egos!! Whatever your ability is they have a workout for you and they will help you stay disciplined and safe! Highly recommended! BEST GYM EVER!! If youre looking for a gym with amazing coaches, incredible environment and different workouts every day then CFI is for you!! I cant say how much I love CFI. Everybody here is super helpful. All the coaches are certified and they make sure that their athletes are performing each movement right in order to avoid injuries. The rest of the members are friendly and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk into the gym. Workouts are constantly changing and always kicking your butt! (In a good way
