Probably my least favorite gym that Ive been to. Ive been to gyms in California, Seattle, Nashville, Asheville, New York... basically anywhere I go, I try to hit the gym there. None of the employees could accurately answer any of my questions, and the short girl behind the counter was especially fed up with me. I feel like any gym employee SHOULD be able to answer most questions regarding their gym, and if they dont have an answer, saying "I dont know" is perfectly acceptable instead of saying "no" and then having it later disproved while Im still at the gym. Also, their way of labeling routes is ridiculously annoying. You have to memorize two different color scales for both routes and boulder problems. I asked an employee why they didnt use route cards of any kind and he said, "Well.... uh.. the facility is thirteen years old, we dont want to confuse our longtime members." Which makes no sense. Use the same colors if you want, but put a route card on it!

I had great climbing experiences here, until the day I had a ring went missing/was stolen out of my bag. Not very valuable financially, but of high sentimental value to me. I took it off because my hands were swelling, and clipped it to a carabiner attached to the inside of my bag - when I returned the ring was nowhere to be found. I went to staff a few days later after thoroughly and repeatedly searching the contents of my bag at home - didnt get much interest or sympathy from the staff or the manager. I wanted to put up flyers, and met some slight resistance from the staff, before they finally relented and allowed me to post a few, but "only by the lockers". I never saw my ring again, and Ive never been back to the Gravity Vault

An adventure that does at least 20 feet high. The Gravity Vault is a great facilty for the advantageous sport of rock climbing. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced veteran on the walls, this place is great for practicing the basics or the more advanced techniques. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the prices are reasonable. One of the main reasons I love this place is the patience they have with newbies to the art of rock climbing. Its like a community of athletes that support one another. I am very happy to be part of it.

My fiancé and I were first time climbers and we signed up for the Belay Certification Class as a date night. We were the only ones in the class and we had an awesome experience. Rebecca was excellent instructor who was knowledgeable and fun. She helped me overcome a bit of a phobia of heights and we had a very memorable time. Highly recommended this wonderful facility with many different climbing options for all skill levels.

I brought my family there to get information. We walked in the place was nice and clean. My wifes asked the girl behind the counter for info sessions for our kids, the response was not what I expected. With a lot of attitude as we were bothering her, she said are you here for rock climbing? What else would we be there for, lose of a potential customer.

Our daughter started climbing here when she was around 5 or 6. She is now nearing her 9th birthday and has climbed here frequently. She loves it, but more importantly, we fully trust the staff and their equipment. The guides are superb. We highly recommend the Gravity Vault! The Byrnes Family

I liked this gym, but there rocks are nothing compared to the walls of Brooklyn Boulders or Island Rock (Long Island NY). There is no air circulation and that will make it one hard time to have a good climb. All in all, the air problem is major other than that I would go back.

I went to this gym once as I was starting climbing for the first time. Id have to say that the level of difficulty was a little high for a beginner, but I did see that there were a lot of routes for more advanced climbers. I also wish there was a larger bouldering area.

Went here for my birthday and absolutely loved it! Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Katie as our guide and she was amazing! She made our first rock climbing experience fantastic. I would definitely go back!

A great gym for beginners to get introduced to climbing. Friendly, professional staff makes the first time experience fantastic. For those who already climb, there are plenty of routes and bouldering to whet your whistle and train. Fantastic training area.

Took my kids here for their first time rock climbing. We had an instructor who was accommodating and patient with the kids. He explained everything very well and encouraged the kids on various challenging walls. I will definitely be back!

Fairly large rock gym, they take safety seriously which is good and their free climb walls are more challenging and fun then others I have been to. The staff and people that go there are friendly and helpful.

Great climbing and awesome modern and clean gym. Tons of quality bouldering problems. Only issue is the music is really terrible screamo/weird metal is constantly playing and it gets annoying

Nice place for climbing and it wasnt to "echo-ey" which makes one tiresome. Music played stinks, however. Hard to think its climber inspired.
