This shop is amazing! Ive lived in this town for 19 years and I have to say out of all the auto mechanics Ive visit in Amboy and out of town this shop by far is the best. Mitch really is an honorable guy and what separates him and this team compared to other auto shops Ive encountered pure honesty. For instance, some shops Ive encountered told me I had over more than one problem with my car after a single repair was completed, however I knew I only had one issue with my car because I keep it in great condition and maintained. in addition, some mechanics will say that "you got another issue with the car" just so you keep coming back and spending more money on parts that are unnecessarily in need of replacement. The Mechanics that Ive encounter in the past told me i had a few issue with the car without at least showing me the evidence to support their claims, Mitch actually opened my eyes to that fact. He didnt want me to spend any money on parts I dont need unless the parts that ACTUALLY in need of repairs. My car was actually in great shape. What actually was damaged was a couple parts that was connected to my wheel. Mitch and his team pinpointed the issue and showed me the damaged parts after the job was finished so i know i can trust his word 100% and Ill know from the experience he does provides the evidence to back up the claims that way its saving the customer plenty of money and not fixing parts that are not damaged or showing systems of failure. Honestly, I want to continue doing business with Reliable Auto Collision because of their experience, professionalism, honesty, and extremely fair prices. The price Ive gotten was fantastic this was a real big job and Mitch made the price of the repair very satisfactory. His team is very experienced professionals, and this shop has been in business for a very long time so these guys know their craft extremely well. I recommend going to this shop for all auto related needs and repairs.

My experience was the worst and had no other choice but to take my time and share this horrible experience. When they finished the first time there was large drip marks, overspray, bumps, crooked door handle, and unfinished areas without paint. Mitch did say he would fix and it would take an additional 4 days He paid one day of a rental because the car was not ready when he Said he would but I came out of pocket for a Uber to go to work while he fixed the mistakes. When I picked the car up the second time there were more defect to the the paint job, heavy scratches on the windows wich it looked like they were wiped with a super dirty rag. At this point Mitch was aggressive while denying any wrong doing and using intimidation tactics to make me feel ungrateful on what he consider "doing me a favor". I can keep going but I hope you readers out there get the point. My advice is stay away from this place.

I have nothing but good things to say about Reliable Auto Collision. Prior to coming here I did my research and I read every review on google and Yelp. I wanted to be sure I was getting a good deal and I wanted to make sure the job was going to be done RIGHT! I ended up picking Reliable Auto Collision based on my conversations with Mitch prior to bringing my car for the job. He promised to do a great job and said my car will be ready in 3 days. Mitch thank you so much for giving me your word and making my car look new again. Thank you for also detailing my car. You did an awesome job and if I ever need work on my car you will always have me as your customer!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Mitch is such a pleasant person to deal with and always is happy to see you walk in. Keep up the good job!!!

We shopped around before finding Mitch at Reliable Auto Collision. When we got to him he was knowledgeable, helpful, and quickly gave us a competitive estimate. He promised to complete the work in 2 days, but because it was close to the holidays their might be a delay....well Mitch and his professional team got it done, and my car looked brand new. He finished my car in one day. He is definitely Reliable. I would definitely come back to Mitch and recommend anyone to his shop.

Had an accident a couple months back and the front passenger side was the part affected. After some research, decided to bring the car in for repair to Reliable and I have no complaints at all; they did a more than fantastic job, surprised how the car looks even better than new (I have attached a before and after picture in the gallery). our car needed collision work on back door of passenger side it looks better than when we purchased the car brand new ..its a 2015 Nissan Roque..After Mitch fixed it we had the car detailed..it is just beautiful...We have seen cars detailed but not like this..very professional people work there and very very nice..I highly recommend Reliable Auto Collision ..you will not be disappointed..I can promise you that..I will recommended this shop to everyone!!!!!

After shopping around at different body shops i came accross Reliable on Yelp. Mitch was great. Did the work in less time for a good price. After the great customer service, experience and of course body work, i brought in my second car a week later. Once again Mitch does right by his customers and strives for satisfaction. Thanks again. Just picked up my 2007 BMW X3 and what an amazing job! The car rides like new! I picked it up within a couple days its sparkling clean and the body work was done so well I cant even tell where the damage was, and they even included an air freshener! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
