Like so many of us whenever I bring one of my cars into a repair shop I am always skeptical as to what they tell me. However about 10 years ago I started dealing with Community Auto and I will tell you it is one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto repair shop. Randy and his team always treats me like I am their only customer. They are professional, accommodating, reliable and fair. I have priced repairs elsewhere and I have not found anyone that can beat them as to pricing, quality and warranty. On the rare occasion when I had a question or follow up to a repair they have always immediately fixed the issue without additional costs unless it was something unrelated to the repair. I strongly recommend you give them a shot as I am sure you will have a very pleasant experience!! They are really nice to deal with.

Brought my 2009 Audi S5 here recently and have made them our permanent mechanic for all vehicles. These guys are extremely knowledgable and honest. I had taken the car to two other mechanics (one including Midas of route 17) and they could not find the issue. Community Auto & Tire was able to find the problem and call me the very same day to notify me (hub and cap worn). They were also able to get me a better deal on the parts than all places I searched. Work done: - hub and cap replacement - bent/scratched rims repaired - new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ installed Ive taken the car to Audi numerous times but since having numerous issues with them each time, Ive relied less on them.

Just took my car to Community Auto Center. Dealt with Randy. All I can say is that he showed me everything that was wrong with my (older, a-hem) car and gave me every option on how to fix what, and why. There was actually an expensive repair option that he easily could have told me I needed from a safety perspective - and I therefore would have felt I needed to have done, but he asserted it was an optional fix. He didnt push me in any direction whatsoever. You can just tell when youre dealing with someone who might actually be on your side when it comes to having to make (always unwelcome) repairs to your car. HIGHLY recommend.

Randy and his team couldnt be nicer or more professional. You get dealer quality work but not dealer prices here. They give you an estimate and there are no surprises at pick-up, no up sell, no suggested extra services. Your car is ready when they say it will be. Theyre open long hours so you can drop off your car before you go to work and pick it up when you return. Speaking of dropping off, if you need a ride home after dropping off your car theyre happy to take you and will come pick you up when its ready. These guys are honest, pleasant, and really know their stuff. Absolutely recommend them.

15+ years ago I was getting tired of over priced dealer service and asked a few friends where they brought their cars for service. Two mentioned Community Auto for honesty, value and great service. I cannot empathize enough how valuable those two referrals have been to me and my family over the years. The owner, Randy, and his staff are courteous, professional, honest and bend over backwards to assist in anyway they can. They even recently helped me with a blown carburetor on a lawn tractor! The business is aptly named, Community Auto, they treat you like (and they ARE) part of the community!

Ive been using their service for our Sienna and Lexus for many years until relocated to CA last fall. Extremely satisfied. On the day we supposed begin our cross-country w/ luggage packed, the rear right tire was flat. Randy called places to get the right replacement, mounted and aligned, 10:30 AM ready. The best part of the story is, when I was very thankful and asked for the bill, he just showed me the delivery invoice came w/ the tire, told me that is it! This is the true American value! Ive been taking our cars in here to get everything done from oil changes to major repairs. They are quick, and they are very reasonably priced too. The customer service is also fantastic. I either drop a car off in the morning and its ready within hours, or I can wait if its only going to take 30 minutes or less. The mechanics are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and topnotch. They also dont try to sell me on other services or repairs I didnt need. My whole family uses this place and highly recommend them.

As a mechanic my self for over 40 years and owning a shop for 18 years I had a hard time finding a shop as I have done my own work for so long, but the older I get the less I want to do it all. So I have been going to Community Auto for about 3 years now off and on and I have to say great job to them all. I have also referred a couple of people there and they too have been happy. I have a 1997 Jeep Wrangler. I love the car but it has always run very rough- especially when shifting into 1st. After driving it for three years, I decided to see if there was anything that could be done to make the wrangler run smoother. After just one treatment with Community Auto they got my car to feel like brand new! I couldnt be he happier. Community Auto is a trustworthy business with reasonable prices. Highly recommended !!!

We have been taking our cars to Community Auto and Tire for the last 5 years. They provide great service and are so much less expensive then the car dealerships. They only recommend service that is necessary and dont try to sell you on stuff that you dont need. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.
