Ive just started to come to this place and have had two great experiences over the last six months. They gave me a free oil change on Veterans Day in Nov. which is what prompted my second visit this month. During my initial visit they noted several problems my car had (which I knew about - brakes, tires, etc). But I didnt have the money to do the work at that time. They gave me a quote. I checked around and everyone else was 10-25% higher. finally I saved the money but thought they might not honor the quote which was only good for 30days. But to my surprise and pleasure- They DID!!! And took another 10% off the initial quote because I was a veteran, that I didnt expect!!! I feel this is the most honest and helpful shop in the area. Thanks Dom and Pat!!

This location performed a routine maintenance on my vehicle which included an oil change. I lost all my engine oil over a course of 2 weeks, because they didnt properly tighten a cap under my car. Also, the GM in there Pat Lonergan quoted me on a $2,000+ job over cracked control arms. Luckily I had a friend that worked at another Meineke location which looked at the control arms himself and said there was no problem with them. When I came back and confronted the GM he smoked like a chimney and pulled me aside (didnt once look at me in the eye) and said he fired the mechanic responsible. Pat Lonergan was the salesman boasting his experience and claimed he knew what he was talking about when trying to sell me on the control arm job.

Great customer service. Started going to Meineke in Fair Lawn the past year or so. I decided to try it out the first time for an oil change because it was close to where I work. Since then, I have had some needed work done on my car. Now, I go there because I trust these guys. The prices are comparable or better than the nearby places. Trust me, I checked them all in the area. The waiting room is so pleasant to sit in too. Everything counts, even the little things. Highly recommend this place. If I ever need car work done again, I know where I will be going.

Yesterday was my first visit here in Meineke for an oil change, and I must say I was truly impressed. Pat treats his customers very well, and gives you very honest advice about your car. Dom also helped me a ton with questions Ive had about my car, and was very thorough with his explanations. Very satisfied with my visit and will be coming back! 5 stars

These guys do a great job. Ive been going to this shop for a little while now, and they always return my car quickly and with the service done right. Staff is very friendly and honest. They wont try to sell you BS your car doesnt need. If your car needs any kind of service or repair, I recommend these guys for quality work at very reasonable prices.

I just called to ask if I could bring my car in for work & wasnt greeted by anyone that wanted business but by a condescending jerk who implied I wasnt even paying attention to my car. Avoid this shop and the rude, condescending employees at this shop at all costs, unless you enjoy being berated while dealing with car issues.

I went to Meineke Fair Lawn three months ago. After going to my dealership, I was really pleased with my service. Not only did I save money, they took the time to show me my car and give me explanations on the service and answered any questions I had. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
