I went here for an oil change and Im not sure if theyre honest. They give you a courtesy check on fluids and everything and I had few things I needed done. I got the most pressing jobs done that day . When I was leaving the mechanic tells me that I have to get my rotors done to stop the loud clicking sound my car makes when I hit the brakes. Only thing is ... My car NEVER EVER made a clicking sound when I hit the brakes before. When I pulled my car out of their lot, lo and behold my car made this obnoxiously loud clicking sound its never made before when I hit my brakes. Its unfortunate that you really cant trust mechanics you dont know. They think theyre creating a reason for you to come back to them but really theyre just ruining their reputation. Ill never trust them enough to go back. They made it seem like I was crazy and the car always made that noise. Ill take my money to somewhere with an honest staff. The owners and the front of house staff were nice. I wanted to give them a good review since their ratings are already so low, but I cant.

Next day update. Now its not only dissatisfaction but also severe safety concern. When I checked tire pressure next morning three tires were overinflated by 16 psi. So mechanic simply did not lover the pressure after fitting and let customer go. Guess now I will also report this shop to BBB as such absence of responsibility is absolutely unacceptable.

My job provides me with a work car. This location is where we are told to bring it for our routine oil changes. The issue I have they are always finding extra things that need to be taken care of. They never call to inform us. They just do the work and charge for it. You never see the proof of the issue. Bill padding to the fullest here.

I had a brake and fuel leaks that needed to be fixed. They fixed it but they charged me more than it should have been. Over a $100 more. They also wanted to convince me to change my rotors and front brakes. I had them replaced last year, so no I wasnt going to fall for it. Im glad they fixed the problem but they are way too expensive.

Brought my Audi S Line here for a quick noise evaluation. After waiting about an hour, I was told I had two bent rims when in fact it was a wheel bearing problem in the rear passenger side. Im glad I always get multiple evaluations.

Very satisfied with the staff Kristen is awesome I took my corvette for a oil change they check all my fluids, tire pressure etc. I highly recommend this place, very very clean place for a automotive shop thanks guys

Waited two hours to get my tires aligned and I get on the highway and its even worse than before. I never wrote a review before but Im actually mad Im wasting my morning with this bs no wonder this place has 2.9 stars

Terrible service. I had an appointment for oil change and when I went to drop off, they didnt take my car saying they are busy. They had no courtesy to reach out

Best alignment price in the area. Fast service as well. Turns out my Jeep Wrangler also needed wheel balancing. Much improved ride!
