It really is unfortunate how some of these major tire retailers try to rip people off. I went in with a flat tire that needed a patch. A nail had gotten in right in the center of the tred so I knew that it could be patched (I worked as a mechanics apprentice for 3 years, but I dont have any tools of my own). When I took it to Firestone, they said it was not repairable and that I would have to buy one of their tires for the special price of... get this... $150 dollars installed! What a joke. I took it the next day to Vespias on Shrewsbury. The guys at Vespias were very helpful and fixed my tire in no time. Two months later and the tire is still fine and I commute 2 hours daily. No thank you, Firestone...

Firestone in Red Bank is the only place my wife and I take our cars. Dealing with auto repair places usually leaves me feeling like Ive just been swindled. That is not the case with Firestone, Red Bank. It is our opinion that Firestone has our best interest in mind when making a repair recommendation and in-fact, there have been several occasions where I bought my car in for a check-up and their diagnosis was that I did not need any repairs (new brakes, fluids, etc.). They easily could have said that I need new breaks and roasters. Excellent quality and service. Great communication about the work to be done.

The place is clean, but the service is very suspect. They did NOT fix my car properly the first time around so I went back to get the original problem corrected, and then again for a 3rd visit to fix another issue (I HAD a Firestone Credit Card). Each time I went back, the mechanic(s) found another problem and my repair costs kept rising...to the tune of about $3k over a few weeks! Not to mention that my car had sticky goo in the ash tray and it smelled like rotten eggs when I picked it up... I wont go back to Firestone. Their prices and level of service are questionable at best!

Awesome People Great experience!!! We couldnt be happier. We drove from Charlotte NC to Fair Haven to purchase a car. Well the car needed 4 tires BAD. We found the local firestone and, first they were open on a sunday!!! then they got us in right away. The technician Phil was very knowledgable, Looked the car over to make sure our trip would be safe. Lauren our service consultant (Sorry if im wrong with the name) was so freindly. They got us in and out in no time. and out trip back to Charlotte was perfect. Great price on the tires. Great Experience in general!!!

Took a 2003 Toyota Camry here for squeaking driver side front brake. Called them after driving it back home and heard it squeaking. they say they "guess" they drive it and didnt hear any squeaking.....but to bring it back and they will clean the pad. Im just sitting there thinking, I KNOW its making a noise, no need to question that and test that on your end, only to guess and find nothing wrong, just clean the brake pad! I dont trust any firestone repair place...

I asked them to take a look at my car because my battery was going out while i was driving. They said nothing was wrong with it but not even 4 hours later my car died while i was driving and would not restart. I had to get it towed and everything.
