I started going to this location because of the coupon deals I received. The Indian man at the counter was always a little rude and seemed easily bothered. I dealt with it because of money I was saving. Now, a year and a half later, I dont think Ill be going back to this place. This last time that I went there was a white man at the counter and he was extremely disrespectful. At first he was nice and kept trying to make conversation, even though I was reading while I waited for my car. But then when he was invoicing me he said "next time u wait too long to get the oil changed Im gonna give u a spanking...unless thats a good thing maybe youll like it" and he and another male customer laughed. I didnt want to make a scene so I didnt say anything. I also noticed when I got home that they didnt even fill the oil to where its supposed to be. Just because Im a woman doesnt mean that I enjoy being spoken to like that. It also doesnt mean that you shouldnt fill my engine oil to the line because you think I wont check.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. What terrible customer service. I was told to bring the car in at 8 a.m. and I was there around then so they would be able to look at the car and give me a quote. Hours pass and no call. Around 11 I go to see whats going on with the car and they told me they are too busy and would not be able to work on the car! I waited HOURS just so they could tell me that they were too busy to work on the car?! I let them know what horrible customer service they have! They could have called to let me know or just told me that morning not to even but not even a phone call. RIDICULOUS! Next he goes on to say "well I dont even want to do the job on the car." Wow! I went to another place after all this scam happened and while this place quoted me $250 the other place quoted me $!00 and did a good job! What horrible customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. WASTE OF TIME and a RIP OFF!

the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Complete and total wires and scam artist that love to rape you on the price. Had front and back brakes put on my car called to verify that the price included the machining of the rotors which was on my receipt. The rotors were never grinded down and wept within 2 weeks and I had to go to another place and have 2 brand new rotors put on after they were just replaced 6 months ago. When I called back they lied and said that I did not ask for the rotors to be grinded down even after I called a second time and asset that was included in the original price. Ive not only contacted my attorney but the Better Business Bureau. This place is a scam

We own 2 cars (civic and VW beetle) and a van (grand caravan), and we always go to Quality auto center for any repairing or new installation. Very friendly staff and the best "quality" service. They consider each and every small request or concern we may have. They advice what reapirs are immidiate and what could wait. I stringly advice to visit them, they may charge a bit more - but wont misguide you by charging less like other places...

Quality repair is a bad name for them, lol. I believe the only time theyre quality is when they burn you on the price. Took my car on to the lift, drained the oil, then told me it needs an oil change that cost twice as much. When I asked what we can do, he said pay double or leave with no oil, and blamed me for his mistake of draining it before checking what oil my car needs. Very immature and disrespectful shop.

I am customer of quality auto since long time @ Roselle Park NJ, I am quite satisfied and happy camper with service that I received with staff as well the facility for my both car. They really do what they promise.With every oil check they do thoroughly inspect your car and early diagnosed problem,so its save your time and money. Amazing people first off. I drive a Hyundai and these guys are amazing. Not only are they great at their jobs they also take the time to show you the problem and what is going on. I did my tire change, multiple oil changes, spark plugs, and belts and each time I leave knowing that my car is operating beyond well. They make repairs on a car painless and very easy. Thank you guys for the work done on my car.

My wife has been a customer for years and I see why. I have been taking my car as well for the past year and they are excellent. They always explain the problem in detail and offer the best cost effective solution. They dont try to rip you off. I use to take my car to my dealer before the warranty expired and I remember being charged so much more for the same service. I highly recommend Quality Auto care.

This is a joke! This place has been there over twenty years and they have six great reviews in less than a month on here. I have so many complaints about bad work, scam sales, and many dishonest charges from this company. I suggest you look at the other places that rate this place than here. These reviews are a scam also.

Will and Jay are honest and fair. They dont try to sell you anything that you dont need. They gave me a GREAT deal on 4 - 19" tires, a resonator muffler and rear brakes including rotors. He beat a tire deal that I showed from a competitor.

i wish i could score this place worse than "poor to fair". We had my wifes car serviced here and paid for a transmission flush which was never done. We also discovered that some of the air filters that we paid to have changed never were.

Yes, this Quality Auto shop is doing a good job. We came for repair in this location since 3 years ago. Their price is pretty reasonable and they do not try to recommend you too many unimportant repairs. OK people there, too.

Jays team at Quality Auto Care in Roselle Park quickly changed my blown tire and replaced it with my spare tire. They also did an alignment, which came out perfect. I went from stranded to driving again in no time. Thanks!
