Great experience! First time customer. I broke down in Union on the way to work and needed a tow. I called around to a couple local shops that did exhaust repairs. I called C.A.R. and talked to Joe. He was pleasant, polite, and very professional. When I arrived with my car he had it on the lift within a few minutes. He invited me to look under the car with him. He pointed out the exact components I would need to replace. He quoted me a price. He offered me a loaner car which I didnt need.They delivered the parts that evening and my car was ready the following morning at 7 am. Breaking down on the way to work was not fun. Joe turned out to be a genuinely nice guy and made the experience not as bad as it otherwise could have been.

This shop has by far been the best experience yet for me when it comes to repairing my car. I have an SLK350 and they did not rip me off or make me spend unnecessary time and money which everyone else has done. The owner is professional and a very honest man. I would recommend using this shop for any kind of car or repair. Avoid going to dealerships or specialist. This guy knows his stuff and is much more honest as well as great in price.

To put it simple, Joe and the gang over at C.A.R are top notch. Always friendly and honest. I have been taking my vehicles there for the past 8 years, and I will continue to as long as I can get my vehicle to the shop. I have and will continue to tell friends and family to go see Joe.

Honest and customer friendly. They charge a little more than the local discount places, but they dont try to rip you off on other stuff. Will go here as long as a live in Union.
