I was never treated so disrespectfuly by a bussnies manager like I did in this place. I toke in a white duvet cover on a Monday, went to pick it up on a Thursday when I got there I was first told it was still not ready, then he told me to wait after waiting 15 minutes he brings it out, I checked it and it was not even washed it had stains that it didnt when I originally toke it in (it was a white duvet) it was not even ironed correctly and was full of black hair on it! It was discusting. I asked for the two pillow cases that I dropped with it and no one knew about them after a hole hour of waiting they found them together with mens suit. Asked to speak to ththe manager, he has no respect for people I told him my item wasnt even washed and neither was it ironed, so I wanted a refund I showed him the dirty spots on it that were not even there when I left it plus showed him all the black hair on it. He started screaming and making sarcastic faces saying he would not give the refund and if I wanted I could go inside and iron it myself if i want a better job! I didnt even get the job done not to talk about a good job! I paid for the service and have a manager tell me to go do it myself???? This is insane! This place should be shut down and not allowed to keep stealing money from people!

very bad. they got ink on my pants so I went back and they said they would take care of it. The second time I got the pants back there was still ink on the pants legs. Third time, they took the pants in the back and did something that basically bleached the area where one of the stains were white and the girl said I needed to leave the pants there so they could get the rest out. I basically laughed because you could plainly see the area was now discolored. When I asked what they were going to do about it she said that I must have had ink on the pants when I original brought them there because there was no way they could have done it. They are absolutely not a recommended place to go to. Yes its only a $1.99 but you have to take ownership when you screw up. There are other Any Garments in the area that I would recommend going to instead of this one.

They are rude and totally irresponsible. They kept breaking buttons of my shirts and did to a number of my shirts. I informed the owner and he disowned it. I even switched to dry cleaning and telling them to pay special attention to buttons before giving them my clothes. They took care of it for one time but today they just ruined everything. One of the sleeve button of my Armani suit is broken and another Robert Granham shirt button as well!! I noticed it when I picked up and showed it to them and they said they do not assume responsibility of buttons and they will replace it for a fee!! Nice business model. Break buttons of customers and then ask them to pay for it. I understand this type of thing can happen but they are just extremes frequent offenders. Avoid them if you can. I will.

I do not recommend this cleaners to my worst enemy. Anyone who uses this place must be aware of the thievery that takes place there . I took a black Ralph Lauren suit plus a few others to their location on U.S. Route 21, Newark, NJ. When dropping off the suit I informed the attendant of the food stain that had to be removed. Sure enough When I picked up my suits the next day I review the suits and realized they had stole my pants to my Ralph Lauren suit and notice the stain was untouched almost as if they pressed the suit without attempting to remove the stain. I was able to remove the stain by rubbing my fingers on the stain. But when I mention this to the manager they did not accept responsibility. Rude, disrespectful and thieves.

I dropped off a very expensive sweater for cleaning and when I picked it up and noticed it had lint balls all over. After speaking with the owner he claims he did not cause the problem. He is telling me there is nothing he can do personally and would try and submit it to his insurance company who will probbaly deny the claim. He needs me to produce a receipt for the sweater that was purchased in December. I am a very good customer who drops of clothes on a weekly basis and this is how i get treated. Very bad customer service.

This is the worst run dry cleaners ever if I could they would get negative stars. Cloths come back dirty service is horrible and workers are rude. We brought in mattress covers were told it would be next day and no one know what we are talking about??? Never mind that they advertise $1.99 and charged us $45 for 2. Covers the price of comforters which they are not. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE PRESSED DIRTY CLOTHS...

Horrible service! I had given in a whole lot of sweaters, coats and jackets. They all came back as it is, with the stain marks still on. I was able to scratch some of the food stains on my own. These people literally just put them on the hangers and just return it!! Its quite bad. Its highly disgusting! I will not use their service again. I would suggest others to do the same.

They claim $1.99 for any garment, however, they dont tell you nor is posted anywhere in the store that depending on the length of a coat they will charge you $4.00. They claim that the person checking your clothes in is soppose to inform the customer. Just dont advertise as $1.99 and hide the cost nor display your store policies.

An inexpensive cleaners for every day garments. Any expensive, high quality garments you take at your own risk.. I believe that they often just pres the garment and put them on hangers without cleaning. It is not uncommon to get other folks clothing or they will lose yours.

Worse worst worst place EVER....rude and takes no responsibility for their horrible services.This place has ruined at least two of my husbands work shirts that i could remember it could be more and most of the items are still wrinkled when you get them. Dont waste your time

Sometimes cheap is not always best. My clothes were always damp. Discovered that my skin was sensitive to whatever unfinished process that was removed to save cost. Wouldnt recommend to sensitive skin users. Youll spend money at the dermatologist.

the worst dry cleaners ever...i brought white colored items to try clean here...when i recieved the items they were no longer white. all the marks were still present on the items as if they were not cleaned!!! u get what u pay for $1.99

I took my clothes there four times and they did not dry clean them. They just pressed them without washing them. It is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. This is my fourth experience. I will not recommend them to anyone.
