Good prices, fast service but the only big issue- theyre unorganized. I received a call from them after I picked up my dry cleaning- they were asking me if I had other items that didnt belong to me. I explained if that was so, I wouldve given them back on the same day I picked up my items. Then I went to drop off my husbands suit a few days ago, and the girl claimed I had items there. Smh. I didnt have anything there. She double checks, comes back and says oh no someone forgot to take your last items out of the system. As I said before, losing peoples clothes and assuming certain things without investigating first is not good. I just hope they dont misplace my husbands suit.

They lost three shirts that they first claimed they could not find. First they told me they were misplaced, yhen they told me i must have picked them up or never left them there, then the owner told me they were donated because I left them there longer than 30 days. Complete and utter lies instead of standing behind their ill service. While I was there she was arguing with another customer whos wedding dress was ruined and she offered a 175 dollar compensation. This place is a total rip off and I would avoid them like the plague!

New Rave is pretty awesome! The prices are remarkable for the quality of service! I have been coming here for months and they always do an amazing job... i had a cream color jacket and it fell in some mud and they got every stain out it looked newer than when I originally got it...got pants hemed here the hem job done (by Cynthia i think her name was?) was done well and she was so personable and professional i didnt pay for next day service but it was available for the next day...i highly recommend this cleaner and tailor!

"Poor" or "Bad" does not even begin to describe this service! A quite expensive designer cocktail dress I wore once to my sons wedding was completely destroyed, although I went over every detail and possible problem with the person at the counter while dropping it off...and guess what? Not only they ruined everything Ive asked them to be extremely careful with (and tried to cover the damage with stitches through the EXTERIOR of the dress) - they blamed the damage on "excessive wear and tear" and offered no excuses...
