Terrible customer service and inconsiderate staff. I am a counselor at a group home for people with mental illness/disabilities which sometimes brings residents here to do there laundry. I have been going here repeatedly with one resident in particular to help her learn how to complete her laundry independently and the resident now knows how to do her laundry without help from staff. Today, this resident arrived at the laundromat alone to complete her laundry. This woman is nice, clean, reserved, and relatively smart; but is visibly developmentally disabled upon first appearance. When the resident got to the laundromat at 4:15 and asked for help (as she was instructed to do and is a skill she is learning) she was incorrectly told that they were closing soon and therefore could not be helped/complete her laundry. When I got there and investigated, I was told that they actually close at 7:30. The woman at the front desk was rude, ignorant, and dismissive. She told me that the resident could only stay to do her laundry if I stayed with her and made a comment about whether the resident even had enough money. Further, apparently when the resident (confused why they were closing so early) asked for help/clarification, she was completely ignored. I dont know who the woman at the register was, but she needs a complete mindset change and realize that everyone is deserving of help, no matter what they look like, and especially if they are a capable/paying customer. This establishment should reevaluate their priorities and try harder not to discriminate against well-meaning customers. Definitely not somewhere that put a smile on my face and not somewhere where we will be returning.

At first, for pick-up laundry service, I thought this place was great. Then, I decided to use this place for my dry cleaning/garment repair. It was a horrible experience. We brought in a suit and dress to have dry-cleaned and two pairs of jeans that needed the zippers fixed. On Tuesday, they said that the suit at least would be ready by Thursday evening (thats when it was needed). Thursday evening comes along and the suit isnt ready. On top of that, when we go to pick up everything else, the jeans were not fixed. Someone was supposed to call us to discuss pricing and they never did. Another week goes by and we receive a phone call from a manager/owner. The jeans are still not fixed, but theyve been dry cleaned, a service we never asked for. According to him, we wrote on a paper that we wanted them dry cleaned - a blatant lie! The girl working at the desk wrote that and they tried blaming it on us! On top of that, they wanted to know if we still wanted the jeans zipper fixed, would charge us $12 per zipper to fix it, AND we would have to pay for the dry cleaning - again, a service we DID NOT ASK FOR! This is absurd. Now, they are holding our jeans hostage until we pay them for the dry cleaning of the jeans. Needless to say, we will never be using this place ever again.

Ive never experienced any of the negative reviews others have posted. Ive been coming here since we moved to the area and I just drop-off my laundry and pick it up the next day. I was paranoid that some of my laundry might go missing (it happened at another place) but, here, Ill have to say Im pretty satisfied. The lady behind the counter was very nice. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because they charge a $2 fee if you pay by card which I think is absurd.

This laundry the worse customer service ever. My three coat got damaged I told the lady behind the counter and she come out with a nasty attitude. I wasnt looking to get paid but at least an apologize and to check if something was wrong with their machine. Call the owner worst person even. So sad .....they lost a customer for their rude attitude.

Customer service was never a problem. Stains were. I had several shirts ruined w what looked like stains of fabric softener. After running through the dryer it will never come out. Stay away

Attendant is sweet always helpful, just be warned though last wash is 7:30 and she doesnt horse around with that.
