If I could give 0 stars I would. Yes, I understand its summer time and for some reason you dont have air conditioning (too cheap or not effective?) so that instead of same/day next day you need a couple extra days. But when I come to pick up my clothes, and you extend the pick up date by 5 more days, with no apology, well that is unacceptable. You didnt even apologize or empathize at all. What if I needed the clothes for a special occasion or within the 5 days when it will be ready? People dont normally dry clean everyday clothes they can wash. And you basically sneering at me saying, "We didnt press today" (which sounds to me like you did not do what I pre-paid you to do) is no excuse. Once I pick up my clothes, hopefully ready this time, I will no longer be using your services. Your prices arent worth it.

PLEASE do not bring anything of value here! They do not CLEAN IT! I got a suit jacket back with the same spots it had before as have other items I dropped off ! they iron them and return them to you! NO CLEANING TAKES PLACE! it happens far too often to be a fluke! they just RUINED a jacket I had ! They often wash dress shirts instead of dry clean them. They press the collars into wrinkled messes! IM DONE with this cheapo place total rip off! AVOID IT! the counter lady is nice but they are not a DRY CLEANERS! they should be investigated!

worst ever ! They lost my dress last year and wont even pay for it. I have placed countless phone calls to get in touch with the owner ...have left numerous messages and NO ONE has returned my calls. Theres no apology or any sign of ownership for this carelessness. Theres never a manager or owner to speak with . No one returns phone calls. I want them to take responsibility for this and reimburse me for their mistake .

They dont even deserve 1 star. I dropped of 6 pieces of clothing of clothing on a Tuesday and picked them up two days later. At first they looked fine inside the plastic until I got home and took a closer look. Every single mark and stain that i dropped it off with was still there. Its called a dry CLEANER for a reason. All these scammers did was Iron my garments. Please avoid this place if you can

I wouldnt even give them one star, but in order to place a comment you have to give them a star. By far the most unprofessional cleaners I have ever dealt with. This is the third time they ruined my clothes!!!! The only reason i have returned is they gave me a credit for a shirt they ruined. . You truly pay for what you get. BEWARE of this cleaners. Run from this cleaners. I will not be back!!

Cant deliver on the day promised, needed two extra days. They also charge 20% extra to use a credit card even for large orders and extremely impolite. There are many cleaners in the area, lets see much longer this place can afford to turn customers off with their substandard work.

It takes 1 week to laundry clean 3 shirts, and their prices increased this year, its not 1.99 anymore- but if you need to go to a sauna for free just step into the store for a few minutes.
