Terrible place. Do not go there. I have been going there for years and never had a bad or particularly good experience. This past monday I dropped off a winter coat for cleaning and repairing the lining in a sleeve. They said pick up on thursday. I wound up going 2 days after, saturday at 2:30 pm. Owner said, oh, pick up on monday. I pointed out that he had told me it would be ready by thursday, this was 2 days after that and I needed it for an event that night. He said, ok, pick up 4:30. At 4:30 I went there and he said ok, I didnt clean it but fixed the liner. I asked, why didnt you clean it, you had 2 hours? In broken english he muttered something and I told him I was no longer a customer. They are the worst. I advise you try somewhere else.

I have been going there since they opened. They are polite, efficient, and reasonably priced. Everyone makes a mistake once in a while. Everyone. I would no sooner hold an error against them--forever--than I would want someone to do that to me. It is a dry cleaners after all, not an operating theater.
