For years they have done my dress shirts and suits without an issue. Unfortunately I recently gave them some sports hats to clean; they accepted it but when I went to pick them up they were completely wrinkled, the structure of the hat was damaged and shrinkage had occurred.I was dissatisfied because the hats are no longer usable. What brought me to give this low rating was more of the attitude and disrespect I received for telling them I am not satisfied with the service and my hats are damaged. His response was. "There is nothing wrong with the hat. It looks good to me and I would where it." He then got irate and took all of my hats behind the counter, took my money and the service receipt and told me "lets go to court". I said to him that you cannot keep everything. Either you keep my hats an give me the ticket and the money or you give me hats and the ticket he refused and told me to leave and go to court. After a while my mother, who he knows very well, came in and asked what the problem is. He the changed his tone and said yes its wrinkled but it can be fixed with steam he went back and steamed some of the wrinkles out and no longer talked about going to court. He also began to explain why its so hard to clean hats and he doesnt really do them. Which tells me they dont have the experience. I responded and said well if you do not know how to do them correctly then you should have said so and not accepted the work. He is a bully and trys to take advantage of younger people by threatening court as if I should be scared. I will no longer support this business because after 7 years of using only this cleaners. The one time I am not satisfied, they decided I do not have the right to be unsatisfied with their work.

Im so appalled by these people. They are so rude and the service was mediocre. When picking up my clothes I noticed stains were still there so I complained. His response was shocking: "you bring in crappy clothes, what do you expect us to do, miracles?" And he cursed at me in front of other customers! I came here from Florida to visit family and had to find a cleaners last minute. I will never use them again and urge everyone to do the same.

They melted the buttons on a linen blouse that cost $70.... They promised to get new buttons. Its been over 4 weeks and still nothing was done. Owner is rude and started yelling that I should have told them that their machine would have melted the buttons. Terrible terrible Sevice ... Dont return calls. And show that they basically dont care about their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone !!
