These guys are great. We purchased a set of 4 tires from the Firestone store in Bayonne NJ. On our way to LBI, on the same day, the tire pressure warning light went on while we were on the GSP. I pulled over immediately, and after checking that none of the tires was flat I got off the parkway and went to the first gas station to fill the tires up. When that didnt turn the warning light off, I called the nearest Firestone store (this one). It was 6:57 and they said they closed at 7pm. They agreed to stay open, and we arrived at 7:25. They fixed a defective tire pressure sensor, told us that another sensor was probably defective and we left the store at 8:05. They stayed open for us, they fixed the problem, and they had a great attitude through it all. I highly recommend these guys.

Id tread carefully looking for service with this company. At the location in Wall, they tried charging me $100 to replace my air filter. I said I would come again for that since I was already paying $$$ for other services. Instead I ordered an air filter for $7 and replaced it myself and it took less than a minute to do. $100? Clearly they judged me for being female and tried to take advantage.

I was extremely disappointed with Firestone. I brought my car in for a brake inspection and when they called to tell let me know the issue they said they inspected my windshield wipers as a courtesy and found that they needed to new blades. I had the windshield wipers replaced the week before and they were brand new. Clearly they did not inspect them and this is just a money making scheme.
