The staff was friendly and helpful and the work was completed on time. However what I didnt realize is the markup that they had put on my bill for the parts. The parts pricing seemed high so I checked into it. They marked up the parts over 100% over what they paid for them. They charged me close to $700 in parts alone that cost anywhere locally for $300 to $350. They more than doubled their markup on parts! Wow what a scam! To the unsuspecting customer they seem honest on the front end, but beware of getting ripped off on the back end! The mistake I made was trying a new place for convenience. I should have waited an extra two days to have my regular mechanic do the work. In 25 years of having work done on my cars, Ive never seem something like this! With the internet everything is available now to verify pricing. I just wish I had done it before paying these criminals instead of after!

I have been a Rockland Tire customer for 16 years. They are friendly, accommodating, competent, and honest. Not much more you can ask from your local mechanic. Regarding the review of the person who found that they marked up the price of the parts, its called running a business and you will find the same markup at any mechanic that is looking to keep qualified staff employed. If you want to pay wholesale parts prices, become a mechanic and do the work yourself.

Love this place, been going here for years now. And just today, pulled up in our new (used) car and the friendly gentleman at the desk already knew who I was and had me brought up in the system before I got to the desk! Its been at least three months since I was last there. I dont wish our cars to need repair but this is definitely a great place to take it when you need work done.

I have used them 2 times.First off they are very courteous and friendly. That being said both times it took them 3 times longer to do the work than what they told me when i walked in. The second time i used them was to change my tire . That night while i was driving one nut fell off. I do not think that they do a great job.

Great customer service and swift service. Definitely worth going there. Whenever I need service, I go to Rockland tire and auto service knowing my vehicle would be well serviced, in a timely manner and that I wont find another problem crop up 2 days later. All in all Ive only had great experience with them.

Kevin is great to talk to, honest and gives a no BS assessment of what you need. The crew works hard and fast, making time delays a minimum. Prices are fair and service is top notch. *NOTE* If you come here for an inspection, walk to the counter with your license and the cars registration.
