I had just come from another location, "Just Tires" in Cherry Hill that decided to instead of honoring my appointment time, they would make me wait a minimum of 1.5 hours (without apologies) then decided to ask the gentleman at Tires Plus if they had any openings available that Saturday. They took me immediately, and while I had to wait (which was reasonable since I was last minute), they were very friendly and accommodating. Further, they even honored the competitors coupon...always a plus. I also appreciated the fact that they didnt call as they were changing my oil to say I needed a million extra things done to my car. As I was leaving, they made a few light and reasonable recommendations without any pressure to get it done then and there. I definitely felt like I could trust the customer service here! It was a very different and positive experience than I had earlier that day with a different company.

I took my used truck here because it was overheating. They did a total inspection of the truck and then called to say "its ready!" with no explanation of anything they found. When we got there to pick it up, we were told it was a cracked head and were given an estimate for $2100 to fix it. A week later, I took it to the small garage on cuthbert next door. They looked at it for 10 minutes and said it was the thermostat. A short 20 minutes later and only $26 spent and the truck has been wonderful ever since. I am so glad I didnt waste my money on these con artists.

Tires Plus refused to let me buy two front tires like I originally was scheduled for. Refused service unless I purchased four tires even though my back two tires are fine. Explained that I have a 2 year old son that I need to not be driving around on a donut, would not help without purchasing two unnecessary tires. Awful service, avoid this location. Always looking to upsell or rip off customers.

I had a minor repair done. The repair failed. I came back and had second repair. I cant imagine how anyone could have thought the repair was acceptable! When I returned the associate insinuated I was somehow responsible. They attempt to lure you into unneeded repairs. Never again! Dont trust them!

Never bring your car here unless you want to over charged for poor service. Seven hours to do an oil change and because I left my car they put other cars ahead of me. Never experienced anything like this in my life worst place ever.

Do not recommend this place. Was informed that I had an issue with my brakes that would cost $1000, but got a second opinion and turns out there was nothing wrong. Have heard similar stories from other people I know.

Ive gone here twice, and both times Ive found the employees to be pleasant to deal with, and they never seem to be trying to upsell me on anything. Both times Ive left feeling like they did a great job on my car.
