I went into the location and spoke with NICK the STORE MANAGER. I had true duel exhaust put onto my 2011 genesis coupe. When I went in there I specifically asked for FLOWMASTER brand exhaust... He did the job and contacted me to come pick it up. When I got there the vehicle was WAY TOO LOUD and backfired all the time. He told me two things to put me at ease. 1. It will quiet down after it breaks in and 2. If it is still too loud he will put resonators in for me at no charge to "help me out". I was a little uneasy about this but took him for his word. The car sat for a little while after this work was done. I brought it in for an oil change to find out that the welds they did were LEAKING. On top of it all the exhaust system he put on my car WAS NOT FLOWMASTER!!!!!!!! After I found this out I took the vehicle back to Nick. He fixed the welds and denied ever saying he would put resonators on it for me. He would not comment on the fact he put knock off brand mufflers on my car. THEY ARE THEIVES AND I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE!!!!! I am contacting my lawyer about this as well as the news and the BBB... Corporate said they wont do anything for me either... They didnt care that this type of situation was happening nor did they care who was representing their name!!!!!!!

Went to Tire Plus and Pep Boys before I came here and both shops wanted to charge me $60 just to diagnose the vehicle and wouldnt even begin to elaborate on what might be wrong after me giving them thorough description. Walked out of both places and made an appointment with this Meineke location and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help! I cant begin to explain how great they were. I do not like going to shops and mechanics because I feel most try to take advantage if you dont have a lot of Knowledge in regards to automobiles, which I dont. These guys truly went out of their way! Mechanic came in to thoroughly explain the problem and the noise issues the car was having. Not only that, they told me there would be a two hour wait. I had an appointment I needed to get to and they were nice enough to offer me a ride back to my house so I wouldnt run late. This is not something that any shop ive ever been to has done and I know they could tell i was a bit overwhelmed. They started working on my vehicle and gave me a ride back. What an amazing experience!! I see why they have great reviews. Super nice guys as well. Do not take your car anywhere else. This is the place to go!! Sincerely, A customer for life!

Wanted to write a helpful review about how much I appreciate the service a quality of workmanship that Jim and his staff provide at the Meineke in Cherry Hill. I was recommended to this meineke by a family friend, and after having a horrible experience at another shop I decided to try meineke. My family and I have been using Jim for over 3 years now and have never been disappointed! He always explains car issues in depth and clearly without patronizing. Its pretty funny thinking back now because ever since I started bringing my vehicles to Jim I can not think of a single instance where felt pressured or taken advantage of (rare coming from a girls mouth)! If youre looking for someone you can trust, and someone who genuinely cares about his customers and his business, I would take your car here. Its the best shop in the cherry hill area.

Beware! This Meineke will replace things on your car that are not broken. I know this because it happened to me today. I took my car in because it needed new brake pads. The manager told me that I needed to replace all four rotors. When I went to pay for the service, I asked them what the rotor thickness spec was by Hyundai. They said the rotor needed to be thicker than 0.994 or else you have to replace it. We then measured the rotor at 1.043. When I asked why he replaced something that was still within the manufacturers spec, he said otherwise he would never have done the job. He said that if I had asked for just the brake pads, he would have told me that they couldnt work on my car. Does this seem legit to you? I will not be returning here, and it is my opinion that other people should not patronize this location.

Another shop put the wrong tires on my car and charged me a fortune for two. Meineke not only brought the issue to my attention they took me out, showed and explained all the different type of options to correct the problem. They Informed me of the issues having mismatching tires could cause if I didnt get it taken care of. Even told me He would take it back to the other shop so they could correct the issue for me, but was able to replace all four tires for such a great price and trust this is my new shop.

I went in for what I thought was a wheel alignment but I only needed my tires balanced. The staff had extensive knowledge on how to fix my issue and they even helped save me money. In addition to the service I was also allowed to see what they were actually doing to my vehicle and explained what they were doing. They even gave me tips on tire rotation and tire pressure. You guys are awesome. If I need anything for my car Ill be sure to come back!

My husband Chuck and I took our Explorer there today because we needed to replace the catalytic converter, we didnt know it had 4 of them, long story short, they said we only needed to replace 2 of them saving us quite a bit of money, Nick the GM and his staff were very helpful and friendly, we will definitely take our business there again.

My girlfriend paid for an air filter change at her last oil change, they suggested she replace it. We just got another oil change and the mechanic pulled out the dirty oem air filter. I paid for an oil change with fluid top off, several fluids still low.

Brought my car in after Midas quoted me $1000 for a rack and pinion. Turns out the real problem was just a loose piece of heat shielding, which Meineke removed for free. Will continue coming back here.
