I own an online business and I ship out multiple items EVERY Week. My online store is through a well known site called etsy. Etsy gives me options to print shipping labels directly though their site and all I have to do is print my label, tape it to my package and drop it off at the nearest post office, which I do Every week for the past 6 months. Keep in mind that Shipping labels do NOT expire nor have a " past due date". When I brought in my package I was told by a very rude and unhelpful female Post office employee that my shipping label was "printed off to late to ship". My label was printed on the 3rd of Aug. and today being the 11th. The woman Refused to even scan my package or give me any options to send my package. She didnt and couldnt even explain why this package was so impossible to send. It was the same box and very same Item I have shipped numerous time. My husband (A Fedex Employee of 10 years) was with me at the time and was as confused as I was. The woman in my opinion did not do her job and was rude. I decided to drive all the way to the Port Crane Post office where their Employee Helped me with no problems what so ever, I will be sending my business there from now on. I am a regular paying customer, I ship though the Post office just as much as I use Etsy labels. If you want returning customers, you should treat them as such.

Twice in the past week I have had neighbors bring me my mail that was delivered to their home instead of mine. Normally I get mail every day, at least junk mail, but lately barely anything. Today my mail box was empty, then my neighbor next door flagged me down to give me my mail that had been delivered to her house. I tried to call the post office to make a report and ended up, after multiple tries of the voice activated system misunderstanding the word "yes", managed to schedule a call back. The call back finally came (listed only as Georgia on my Caller Id) and when I answered the call promptly disconnected...a second call came in shortly after, rang once, then nothing. So I called back. The recording said I would have a 23 minute wait. After more than 45 minutes on hold, I finally got a person...who then took another 15 minutes just to properly spell my name and input my phone number. I explained the situation and after finishing she reread my complaint to me... I am "receiving misdelivered mail" No. My mail is being delivered to other people. She says "Thats what I said. You are receiving other peoples mail and others are receiving yours" "No. Im not receiving others mail..Im receiving some of mine, but twice in the past week others have received mine." "..." It was useless to waste any more breath ...I had to hang up.

I am rating their phone service. Dial the number on this website, you get a message to call another number, dial that number you get a message to call their 1800 number, dial that number and you get put on a long hold queue. Sad was to do business :(

Im rating the phone service I just wanted to get a price quote not call a 1800 number and jump through 100000000 menus in order to ultimately not reach a human and not get the shipping quote I need.

Im rating their phone service. All I wanted to know was if there was any mail on hold for me instead of making that trip for no reason. Then they tell me I had a wait time of 37 to 55mins.

This website is misleading about the hours. The retail lobby closes @ 5. Only the lobby for those that have PO boxes is open until 10:15
