HI: These folks must me out of there minds,call this facility rep because we have not been receiving our mail, he stated that due to snow there carrier was not safe to go from house to house because the houses are on a busy street.let me remind this nimrod that there worker have to cross the street regardless snow or no snow,then he stated that we can pick our mail in the post office,what kind of bullshit is this ,when was someone going to tell us this no notice no nothing,my next door neighbor is elderly and he needs his social security check. WILL REPORT THIS FOOL TO THE POSTAL GENERAL Good people live here you should not abuse them

Great experience here nearly every time. Had a self serve kiosk open till midnight on Christmas eve...getting packages places on Christmas day. Showed up a couple minutes late to do passport stuff, they shrugged it off and did it anyway. Usually this post office is the one thats open the latest.

Awful experience here, extremely rude and have no manners. The lady at the front desk (Whinney) acted as if we werent American and was happy that we had to leave. Only two people at the front desk were working and the wait is about 35 mins to an hour. The ladies seem as if they hate their job.

When calling this business, I have sat on the phone waiting to speak with a representative for about 5 minutes while it is ringing. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Then the phone stops ringing and ends the call.

Show up close to close, lady at the counter tells us theres no time to fill out over night form because they close soon. 4 people in line behind us.. Form would take 1 minute to fill out..

They basically lost my package, but sent out a confirmation of delivery anyways. My mail reception office never received it at the apartment and they could not find it at the post office.
