Horrible. Ive only lived in Hazleton for two months, and dealt with more frustration than I have from all other post offices combined. And thats the truth. If you live in Hazleton, dont even bother trying to go pick up a package. Its either not sorted, or the carriers already left with it. If any of the workers see this, please take the other negative feedback into consideration as well. Ive lived all over the place, and so far this is the worst post office Id ever used. Please make some improvements keeping in mind were your paying customers. Thank you.

I have to agree with Frjiim T. I visited the office today and they had three clerks there, I was waiting in line they all saw me there and a few others were in line. the woman that was supposed to be taking care of customers walked away even when she saw there was a line just to chat with the other workers. she only came to tend to the customers as people started to complain about them chatting while people were in line. One of the clerks there is rude as well.

They are so BADDDD they dont even bother delivering for you , they will send it back to sender ! !!!!! so please as soon as you know ur packege is there GO PICK IT UP YOUR SELF! they had my correct address and everything ! no mistakes what so ever i was HOME for 2 WEEKS!!!!!! nothing they never came or left a note -_-

Did not knock on door did not leave notice on door. Do not have updates and post office never answer phone what a very unusable work place also they keep the phone off the hook by 430 so they dont have to answer any call so dont bother trying this place sucks

A lot has changed in the Hazleton Post Office. There is new management and new employees. There are still long lines at certain times of day but the clerks try to serve you as soon as possible.

This is the central USPS branch for the Hazleton area. Avoid going during the hours between 11:30 and 2:30 - always busy and and always short handed at the front desk.

You want to know why they are bankrupt. There are 15 people in line & the clerk puts up the closed Window right in front of everyone.... Service without a smile
