Bad. I enjoyed everything about the gym. Even the robust regulars were capable of working out more than just seeing this as an open space to socialize and loiter like Ballys or Planet Fitness. I refrain from socializing to focus on working out, I leave my headphones on, do my thing, never get in anyones way; I always keep to myself. Sunday. An employee by the name of Erin follows me to the changing room then insists I leave the gym because I look, "look" like I have an attitude and that I never speak to anyone. This was petty, poor taste, and completely unnecessary. His job is to man the desk not play bouncer on who he thinks is suitable to him to enter the gym. He continued provoking me and lead me into a yelling battle with him. I cancelled my membership out of frustration and to not allow myself to continue paying for bad patronizing service. Apart from that one senseless incident; the management and other employees were amicable. Sorry for the star, thats just for Erin.

I went to try and sign up as an alternative gum, just in case I cant make it to mine. I stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes and was never acknowledge. The front desk girl was busy having a personal conversation, and never bothered to look up and ask if I needed help. I could have easily walked in worked out and I am pretty sure , she would have never noticed. Too many young kids just hanging out and not actually working out. Gym looked clean and seemed pretty spacious. I say first impression always counts the fact I wasnt acknowledge and walked out disappointed me. Seems like a planet fitness only cleaner and bigger.

Aside from being terribly packed all the time, their cancelation policy is a scam and is never clearly explained until you go to cancel. Youre not able to cancel your membership by phone or by email. I moved away and had to pay for an extra month without using it because I was too far away from the gym to make it in. Then, at cancelation, they force you to pay for an extra 45 day grace period (or if you get anything other than the gray plan its a $60 buyout). Essentially I thought I was going to pay $12 for 1 month of use with no pressure cancelation, and instead ended up paying $42 after going way out of my way.

Love the gym, it is were I discovered what blink was and how life changing it is. I am really happy to have stopped by signed up + if you are looking for a NO CONTRACT gym you can choose the 15 plan with a 45 day notice in advance, but still no contract. In addition, great friendly knowlegeble staff. Plenty of machines. Awsome experience & and one of the best gyms I have been too. Thank you Blink!! Seriouslyy!!

its brand new and clean, the staff is fine, but i go there in the afternoons, during off hours, and it is impossible to find a weight bench, or machine, every single one is busy, there is room for more, so i hope they put some in, meanwhile, there are so many treadmills and many not being used, so if you like free weights, expect frustration, if you want to do cardio, probably not as bad.

Great gym!! The total opposite experience from my last gym (New York Sports Club). This gym is clean. They gave great music, friendly staff. There has never been a wait for a machine when Ive gone. Perhaps best of all, when I needed to cancel my membership because we were moving, it was such an easy process. I highly recommend Blink!!

I enjoy this gym. Spacious. Lots of equipment. The staff is very friendly. Downside is that some of the patrons can be annoying - throwing dumbbells, slamming machine weights, not putting weights back when finished, sitting at a machine on the phone while youre waiting to use it. This kind of stuff happens a lot here.

They are really rude, in person and on the phone. They seem to have no training on proper protocol of greeting, phone etiquette or simple, professional things of that nature. Its constant so it is extremely annoying and basic. No one wants to spend their money at a place they are not getting great customer service.

The gym is immaculately clean and the equipment is readily available. The staff is friendly. This is a tremendous bargain. I highly recommend this gym over much more expensive alternatives.

It tends to get very busy especially in the afternoon...sometimes you cant find a workout machine free. Staff is very nice and friendly and facility is clean
