My policy was cancelled with no notication... I believe it was because i been a member since 1987 and i only paid 60 dollars a year. In 1987 it was call Jack llane i bought the gold membership it cost me 1,200 and once it was paid i only had to paid 60 a year.then Jack llane was change to bally and with bally i never had a problem paying my 60 dollars a year, and now its call 24 hour fitness. However now 24 hour fitness cancelled my membership with no notification .. I call and call the corporation office and spoke with a few different managers and all 3 refuse to help me get reinstated...i finally reported them to the BBB... and finally i got reinstated!!!!!! Thank you BBB SHAME ON YOU 24 HOUR FITNESS

Worst gym on earth , all they know is how to rape people money and charge you for what you did not get . I called them to cancel my membership before getting charge my annual fee but they did not respond in a polite way . They very disrespectful organizations and I wont join this gym ever in my life . Very unsatisfied and unhappy with this rude customer service And by the way I still got charged for the annual fee, imagine !!!!! Very horrible gym that I will never recommend it to anyone

I was a member for about a year. The gym is cramped, dingy, and the pool was often out of service and its water never seemed quite clear. I had a few bad customer service experiences. Then I discovered that the gym at Ridge Hill Mall is the same price while being well maintained, clean pool, and generally huge and new. Putting the customer service thing aside, I should have left ages ago just because of the condition of the gym.

It doesnt get too crowded, even after traditional business hours when you think thered be a lot of people. The workout spaces are kept nice and clean. They have a small shop in the entrance for you to buy snacks, drinks, protein powder, and some gym accessories (e.g. sweat towels). The reason its only 4 stars is because the membership doesnt allow you to bring a guest.

I have been a member for 3 years. Only because of its location. Many of the machines are broken and never get fixed. Broken equipment is never replaced. The gym is always dirty. Staff are unfriendly. I have heard of many people complaining about their lockers being broken into. 24 hr fitness is not open 24 hrs and you are lucky if they even open on time.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. I WENT WITH MY COUSIN AND THERE WAS LIKE 10 EMPLOYEES AND NOBODY WELCOMED US FOR 5 MINS. AFTER THE 5 MINS THEY CALLED IF THEY CAN HELP US. I TOLD HIM NO I JUST WANT TO STAND. The place closed for months and just twlls ots members to go to location 15 minutes away. Towels and spray bottles are frequently empty. Many of the heavy weight lifters gawk awkwardly at women and make disparaging remarks to people they see unfit. Absolutely avoid this pit. They only got any stars becausr the price is cheap.

Most cardio machines are broken in one shape or another, but they refuse to put up "out of order" signs as to get more people to sign up..... Wont be long before someone goes on a treadmill and has a accident and 24 gets sued for GROSS NEGLIGENCE. Avoid this place unless you have a death wish.

Currently a member until like July or may. Will be switching up my gym cause this places sucks camel toes. Staff are horribly trained, lifeguard wears jeans and moves like a dying sloth, pool smells dirty. Dont get stuck into a contact with these dingbat losers.

Thay are a fraud and thief!!! They let me sign A contract stating I would have access to kids club , less than a month they close the kids club and say if I want to cancelled I have to pay 300 termination fee! Obscured !! If I could I would give them 0 star

The gym itself is good , but most the members are slobs , never put weights back , locker room and toilets are filthy , you can only blame a facility for so much , i would love to see half of these animals homes

Could use a little updating but otherwise its a decent gym has everything you need . The pool is nice and kept nicely the whirlpool is a nice feature and they have recently added a few new treadmills.

Gotten worse over years. My favorite gym. However, cleanliness and service is not good, especially since the change. Pool is close for weeks at a time.

I like this gym. For only $30/month I can get to work out, hit the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and suna every day :)
