Great service, unfailingly helpful and cheerful staff, especially Luby. Always ready to provide assistance with a smile. The facility is impeccably clean and tidy, and the music they play is upbeat and fun. And theres a new playlist each month. I never had problems parking on weekends, and the other tenants were cooperative about sharing the parking. Moving trolleys were always on hand and the elevators are big enough to make maneuvering easy. I would definitely recommend Safeguard!

Luby is actually amazing. This move has been hell for me and she made the experience so much better. She greeted me with a big smile and an extremely helpful attitude. She tried to do whatever she could to help me and make the process smooth. I have stored here before and came back just because she was so helpful, professional and nice to me. Spectacular spot. The attendant was lovely and he stayed a little later than his shift in order to help us out, great guy. He really undersold waht we were in for so that was a pleasant surprise. clean and well maintained. My only gripe may be that it closes a little early and there are fees if you stay later than that time and youre unable to access your things after hours, although I can understand thats a measure to prevent squatters.

Luby is the best Manager, shes even better then Jimmy. Luby actually greets to everyone by name. She even keep the store clean.shes simply amazing a keeper!! If she ever leaves i will surly follow. The staff at Safeguard Self Storage on Jerome Ave is professional and friendly. My wife and I are in the middle of a big move and they have gone above and beyond to treat us with respect and clarify any questions we have. The loading bay area and tools for move-in are a great addition, and easy. I recommend the location to anyone. At sign-in Jimmy made the paperwork easy.

I just want to express how much I love these two duos at Jerome Luby and Jimmy are amazing. I use many storages in my lifetime safe guard at Jerome is the cream of the crop. Its like cheers they know everyone by name and family members such a blessing place. Makes me feel like in home . Luby and Jimmy should do a realtity show hilarious together☺

15 minutes on the 4 train from midtown Manhattan. Clean facility with helpful staff. Reasonable prices. The downside is that theres only one loading dock with enough space to fit two cars or one large truck at a time. However, the staff is great at helping you juggle the cars aground to ensure you get (un)loaded quickly.

My experience with self-storage is they are very helpful and caring and will work with your situation at the moment. They will give you invoices at a timely fashion and will give you a kindly remind if your late that you bill is coming due.but over all I am happy with the service Ive receive.

Ssadly after 3 years being with safeguard I finally got my apartment which I should be happy but its bittersweet I love my safeguard family and I will truly miss Jimmy and Lubby I love them! very clean very helpful warm environment do recommend Jerome ave to everyone absolutely amazing duo!

I give you 3 start for cleaned, secure, quiet place but costumer services the worst you can find. Female supervisor rude, nasty, immature and talk to everyone like she own the place. I recommend everyone to call the company

Great facility - not 5-star because they blast music, have parking for only two vehicles, one of which blocks the other, and their hours are more limited than some other local facilities.
