Marissa responded within minutes of my online request. She was patient and provided me with the details which were pertinent to my request. Rushing out of town w/o time to run one last errand to a book depository. I contacted PS because it was on my route from work. I had multiple boxes of text books already loaded in my car that I did not want to take all the way to the Midwest and back. Marissa quoted a price that reassured me this was the righr place for me. More important was her customer service. I made the appointment to stop by after work and near PS s office closing time. Letting her know I was running late ...she waited for me. I only need the unit for a week and the price for the unit and my peace of mind was Just Right!!! Thank you pp

Being as though this was my first time putting my stuff into a storage place, I had no idea what to expect. But if I could guess what the experience would be like, Tia Stewart definitely made it ten times better. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the information I needed. Tia made me feel at ease with putting my stuff away. She was funny and her passion for her work was displayed immensely through her words and the way she tried so hard to make sure I was satisfied. I give her and The Public Storage on 955 Saw Mill 5 stars.

It conveniently located on a big road, and it does the job done of storing your stuff. $1 first month promotion was very useful. Office is open 7 days a week so you can talk to a real person if you are having an issue. They provide carts for your convenience but most of them are either have broken wheel or missing wheel. Sometimes they forget to open an exit gate in the morning so its a bit awkward to drive out when you have to leave.

My fiancé and I moved in today, our first time doing storage and Lyniece the manager of the property made our move in quick and simple, she was very knowledgable and polite over the phone once we arrived at the property, She was so sweet & she smiled the whole time everything turned out perfect because of her I will DEFFINITLY reccomend anyone to come and rent with her ! Very Pleased !! Excellent Service !

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have been overcharging me since May and responsibility keeps being delegated from employee to employee with no resolution for four months now. The combination of incompetence and apathy among these employees and supervisors is infuriating. Save your money and peace of mind, store your belongings elsewhere.

I came into my unit today and I saw a young lady named Justine sweeping the lot. I told her I didnt know they have the employees clean the lot and she answered nicely saying " We try to keep our property as clean as possible." I like that Public Storage is very clean and provides great customer survive.
