I had a storage unit for 7 months. I always paid on time and never had a problem , I knew that I couldnt move out of the unit until the 2nd, so I called the manager concerned that I would be charged for the whole month. I was assured by the manager that I would be fine and NOT charged for the whole month. I checked my credit card shortly after vacating the unit and they sure did charge me for the whole month! I was told by the same woman that assured me I wouldnt be charged that it was out of her hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. They lie and take your money. And Im sure that that unit is already being used. So they get double payment on one unit. My next stop is the BBB. I feel like Ive been robbed. Very bad business.

After agreeing to pay for only three months, we get a call telling us we are being charged an extra month though we agreed we would move out in the 4th of the month. I do not recommend this place at all.
