Many bad experiences here : 1) staff very rude unprofessional yelling , cursing at the customers they make up they own rules without any corporate approval 2) water damage from leaking roof , staff accusing customers for storing allready moldy wet items , no help with the insurance claim at all 3) they charge extra fees without any phone call or notice in the mail, and they just blame the corporate office for everything, the online payment system doesnt even work ...thats corporates fault . 4) they dont allow customers to use the big dumpster on the facility after they clean out their units , we have to take the garbage Home with us ...thats retarded We rented many storage units from many different companies , but this LIFE STORAGE on 777 route 37 west , Toms River was the worst experience ever

Prices are too high (just received a 10% increase) and service is terrible!! They never clean this place; my door is covered with slime because it faces north and never sees the sun in the winter. The staff is standing ready however to lock you out of your unit for being even two days late with your rent!!

The girls are super nice and a great help.The units are very accommodating with access to elevator for easy moving to upstairs units.also all your tape and box needs.
