Through the years of moving from large to small homes, I have used several different storage facilities. Public storage of Neptune, NJ is by far the best. Right after I moved in there was a major storm. I went to my unit to drop off a couple things and found there was a minor leak. Nothing was damaged, but they relocated me to another unit that very minute. And when I say they relocated me, I dont mean they just did the paperwork. All the employees who were working that day helped me move every last piece, with not one complaint. Sometimes I forget my payment is due, they call with a courtesy reminder. I love it that they provide this service so I can avoid a late fee. Whenever I call they are always polite and make me feel special. Thank you all at Neptune Extra Space Storage for excellent service.

We have been using Extra Space Storage in Neptune for two years and are very happy with the facility but it is its amazing customer service that makes this place special. The staff is incredibly friendly and do what ever they can to help. They made our process of moving in trouble-free and, even when we were exhausted, greeted us with smiles. We also like that the grounds are well-lit and secure and that the units themselves are very clean. It is also worth mentioning that the buildings are equipped with elevators and dollies to help make moving items to the second floor units much easier. Thank you to Extra Space Storage in Neptune for taking such good care of our belongings and we highly recommend you to anyone looking for a place to store his/her stuff!

I rarely rate anything five stars, but ESS Neptune is a clean, well-managed facility, which hands down beats any facility I know in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The prices beat Manhattans any day, but what I appreciate the most are the managers. They are professional, unfailingly courteous and responsive to customer requests. It doesnt get any better. Got stuff to store? Put it in ESS Neptune. Youll be glad you did. Now I get a months rent off for writing such superlatives, right? Just kidding. I dont mean to sound like a commercial, but ESS does rate five stars.

I cannot tell you how helpful Kelly and Kim were!!! This is my THIRD time here within a month or two; I had very specific, whacky timing and storage needs and they met every single one of them. They made me laugh and set me up quickly each of the three times I came in to rent storage. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your storage needs. And why wouldnt I? This is my THIRD time back!!! And while as much as I appreciate their patience, and 5-star service, I hopenI do not need ANY storage space again for a long, long time!!!

I was looking for a reasonable Storage Unit Company with a good reputation and a newer updated facility. Some other places I looked at were old, unkept and shoddy. Extra Space offered me a convenient location, clean well built unit and great pricing! The service was great, I got there and had my truck pulling in within 20 minutes. The payment schedule is easy, no hidden costs either. Those other places had all kinds of contract terms and hidden fees. All in all, a great experience and Im very pleased.

Though my experience of storage facilities is limited to the last five months with Extra Space, Id be willing to wager that theyre among the very best out there, if not the best. The unit I rented was affordable and more than adequate, but for my money its the onsite staff who earn the place its five-star rating. Friendly and helpful, Kim, Linda and the gang really define customer service. If ever again I need a safe spot for my things, I wont think twice about where thatll be. Cheers.

I wouldnt have thought it possible to be excited about a storage facility, but I really love this one. Its very clean, has great security, offers everything you could need for a move, and the staff is great.All this and its the best value around. I just get such a good feeling there. I thought it was just me, but 2 different friends who came with me on different occasions to help, both made the same comment! I wouldnt ordinarily bother writing a review, but this facility deserves it.

If youre looking for a clean secure facility with staff that care about their customers, then Extra Space in Neptune is the place for you. I shopped around at a few locations in the area, but when I met Kim and Linda, they really sold it for me answering all my questions and showing me around their facility. Whenever I stop by, the facility is always clean and I feel very comfortable having my belongings at this facility.

Kim and Kelly are awesome let me say that first! I cannot begin to explain how they were so helpful and accommodating when it came to what I needed during my situation between homes. Scott was fantastic! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I shopped around before deciding to go with extraspace. Even though the price was a bit higher, the ammentities and staff made up the difference. Wow! What a great experience. There are a couple storage places in the area but this one has the best prices by far and the staff is so helpful. Its clean, secure and safe. The price isnt too bad either. I compared them to a place around the corner and Extra Space is at lease 20-30% less per month. I even got my first month for a discount.

We moved from North Carolina to Jersey last year, our friends said they were storing at Extra Space in Neptune so my wife and I checked it out. The facility was much cleaner than the facility we used previously and the staff was very helpful. I am happy with our decision and would certainly recommend this facility to everyone!
