Mary Rose McGuinness, WOW ! Professionalism at its best. Efficient, Courteous, Pleasant, Kind and Customer Service at your service. Everything you need in a facility, any questions asked are answered, with complete explanation and with examples. She makes your experience with Extra Space enjoyable. In person, on the phone, available to assist you with your business at Extra Space Storage at length. I rented a unit and then another unit. Several months later I needed a transfer to a larger unit to consolidate. The assistance I received was made simple and with the added knowledge she gave me allowed me to do it with ease. I rave about this facility. I have referred several people. I am enthused with my relationship with Extra Space Storage and it is all because of their representative at this facility which is Mary Rose McGuinness. Give her a call, go into the facility. My first experience there was not so great. The manager had myself as her first client and ended up taking care of another gentleman that walked in after me and expected me to wait five minutes. I thought it was first come first serve? But I was impressed that it was new and very clean so I decided to come back another day. The second time I came back, Linda, the assistant manager was there to help me. She was very friendly and had "personality". She showed me the storage area/size I was looking for. She was such a great help. I am glad she was there.

Very highly recommended ! Easy to access, extremely clean, employees super nice and helpful! Originally had my storage unit at the place on Lexington, werent happy with the service switched to extraspace last year and have never ever had any problems. Even switched to a smaller unit and the switch was super easy! Joe and Mary are always there to help me and even postpone their lunch a few minutes if Ive arrived to pay my bill as theyre about to walk out, great customer service !

Excellent and affordable storage with professional and efficient tour of the facility and sign-up the manager on duty. Seem to be raising their rates as they fill up and I hope they will not increase too much every year but cant be sure.
