Wow this is the best storage space in the area by far!! Moving could be so hectic & stressful but the Edgewater staff made my move here super easy and smooth. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end: from the first few phone calls with Laura to activate my reservation, to the tour with Jose (very patient) and the actual registration process with Joan whom was so accommodating and helpful. Joan even made constructive suggestions that helped me select a storage unit that was most convenient for me. In addition, Jose showed me a few units until I was satisfied with "The One". What a breath of fresh air...Im grateful that Laura honored the Internet Special and offered me the first month Free. I would definitely recommend this storage space - its clean, air-conditioned and I feel comfortable that all of my belongings are safe.

As a pharmaceutical Sales representative,I need a safe, clean, climate-controlled storage area for my samples and promotional materials. To date my experience with the Extra Space Storage staff and facility has been top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I have needed any assistance they treat me like a friend as opposed to just a customer. When I had to upgrade my space to a larger one the staff assisted me immediately and were eager to answer all of my questions regarding any changes in charges and readily offered me a corporate discount. The facility has excellent parking and I have never had any difficulty locating a cart to move my items. Security is also state of the art. The office hours and off-time hours are also convenient to my business needs. Thanks Extra Space Storage! Owen Wightman

This is the best facility there is...exceptional! Our company has always rented storage units here and the staff I must say is exceptional. They are so helpful. Lori, Luis, and Joan are so good at keeping our packages safe. Lori, Luis, and Joan are very friendly and helpful with all our needs. They make sure to accommodate us fully. They go above and beyond to make sure the needs of the tenants are made. The location is so clean and organized. I love being able to walk into it and just see how neat it is. Our experience with the Edgewater team has been wonderful. I can not complain about this fantastic team and location. Keep up the great job guys!

We continue to be a longstanding customer of the Extra Space Storage in Edgewater. We could not ask for more careful and personal service. The facility is always clean and nice, and there are plenty of carts around to move the stuff in and out. But best of all, the team there is paying attention all the time to the facility. Just the other day they called me to tell me that when my husband was there, he had locked the space but not completely closed the door - so it really was not locked at all. This was the day after he was there! The whole team is great. Thank you Joan and Laurie and the whole team!

It was a great experience coming into this store at this location. I was helped by a young gentleman named Chris Rodriguez. The way he presented himself was very welcoming. He was great showing me around the building to find the easiest access to move my housewares. Edgewater ExtraSpace is clean and well organized, the storage units as well. They also have an elevator with carts to put my heavy item on each entrance to building. If I could give 6 stars I would. Do not think twice when passing or making a reservation in this location. Simply the best! Highly recommend!

The staff & facility at Extra Space Storage is top notch! Joan, Laurie and Louis redefine the customer service experience by being courteous, diligent and accommodating to my storage needs. They really care about their clients here and that means a lot to me. They do it all with a smile! Honest service like that is not often found these days. So if your looking for an excellent storage facility that is their to meets the demands of a discerning tenant (like me), then I encourage you to consider Extra Space Storage for all of your storage and packing needs.

Kudos to the staff of Extra Space Storage in Edgewater for being helpful and courteous. I reserved online at night after hours and received a courtesy call first thing the following morning from a staff member to see if I had any questions. When I arrived at the facility, the registration process was painless and quick. The unit I reserved was spotless as was the rest of the building including hallways. I highly recommend anyone who needs this type of service strongly consider Extra Space Storage in Edgewater. You wont be disappointed.

In what was a particularly terrible rainy moving experience, extra storage edgewater was a shining light. The storage rental process was efficient, the facility itself is very clean, its conveniently located, but above all the customer service is fantastic. Joan is wonderful, being that Im a first time storage customer I had no idea what I needed. Joan walked me through, estimated the perfect size, answered all of my questions, and is extremely personable. Id recommend this facility to all of my friends and family!

For some reason Extra Space Storage finds the nicest, most competent people to run their places. I have rented with Extra Space in multiple locations, and States. The common theme is friendly, helpful, and professional, and at the same time welcoming. Then there is the cost factor, they have very competitive rates, and the company will work with you to find the space you need at a price that works best. My recommendation is to give them a call when you need to store something, for the short term or long term.

If you are looking for a storage unit I would definitely recommend this location. Not only is it CLEAN, it is well lit, secure and Laurie has been such a helpful, caring and understanding person. She made me feel like I was renting from a family member. She made the whole process so much easier (she even helped me with my belongings when I was alone one day) This facility is actually out of my way but because of her and her excellent customer service...I wouldnt have it any other way!

This is my third rental experience with this Extra Space Storage location and Laura, Joan and staff are "Excellent"! Each time I return I feel like I am reuniting with family members as we have a lot of fun, the building/grounds are always clean and organized. I really enjoy the experience each time and Bravo to Laura and staff for being professional and yet a joy to work with and be around. I really appreciate the personal touch they give to their tenants! A Super Team! AJ

We had a fire in our apartment and needed to store all of our furnishings immediately. I called extraspace and was given the rates and sizing of the units and was able to book the truck for the move. The facility is near my house and was nice and clean which was one of my main concerns. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and courteous. I couldnt thank her more for her compassion and understanding during this difficult time.
