DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STORING. No parking space and only 2 loading spaces for the whole building. The day I went to drop off my stuff there were no dollies available and the two loading spots were taken up by vans. I asked the manager if the people were leaving soon, he said one of them had been there for 6 hours and was still in the building and the other van was the auction guys that were emptying out old storage spaces for auctioning items. This was very strange. The auctioning guys were there just looking through stuff for more than 3 hours not even loading anything while tenants that needed to actually load and unload cant even park near to do this. Also, a person that is there for 6 hours and doesnt even work there is kinda fishy to me. The manager said he couldnt do anything about it. I finally got a hold of a dolly and the one of the wheels had no air in it so it was a big pain to steer it. I went back to get my stuff out two weeks later and the one dolly still had the wheel empty. This place is very poorly managed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Manhattan Mini Storage is way better, even if you have to go into the city its worth it.

The 38 st and 4th Ave location had the best customer service I had in a long time. I was having a hard couple of months & had to move my belongings out of the storage unit, need less to say thank god Abe the manager was there to help. His customer service was excellent & was very understanding of the hard times we were going thru. He helped expedite the move out with out a blink in his eye. Its rare to come across people who are caring & willing to help now a days. Abe the manager is one of those jewels you come across seldom. Thank you to storage mart & having the proper staff there to help in our time of need. I would recommend using this storage place to anyone located with in the 5 boros, Thank you for your time & consideration to Abe the manager.

We really needed a small storage locker since living in a rented apartment with two kids leaves little storage space. We rented the smallest locker and we have quite a lot of stuff in it... from seasonal decorations to suitcases and other seasonal items. It is true that there are only two spots for unloading which is a huge minus hence 4 stars, they also just raised their prices so thats another minus... we now pay $76 for the smallest storage. As far as accessing stuff when we need it we never had a problem as long as we plan ahead and our stuff is secure! Its a 25 minute drive from our house so all in all we will stick around with this location for a while.

Dirty Place, mold on walls. Which mean no climate whats so ever. At 6.5 across the room goes pipe with sprinklers system... NYC safety rule you need 2 of space between you stuff and sprinklers, place worker told me you can put your stuff around the pipe..... really and if anything put FDNY lives in danger... this place need to be shut down... they advertise 8 sealing in reality you getting 4.5... stay away from this location... save your money

I was forced to leave the STORAG EMART on Atlantic Ave due to EMINENT DOMAIN but quickly found a new "Home" for my "Things" here at 38th street and 4th ave in Bklyn. The people are very courteous, friendly and helpful and the units are clean and the area is well lit. Parking is accessible as well as in the bays of the facility. I would recommend this place 100%

David, the Asst Manager, was really helpful and courteous. I had to move with short notice, and I ended up there quite a few times - buying as many boxes as I could fit in my cart for the walk home. Glad to be unpacking them, finally! But it was great to have this location handy. And David made it a better experience for sure.
