Every time I have tried to get a space here it has not worked out (3 attempts over a 2 year period). Same story each time. Their sales people run off a script that forces them to pull bait and switch tactics on you. The website will tell you they have certain spaces available at certain sizes but when you call in, they will tell you that the size you desire is not available and will try to make you buy a larger space. When I refused the much larger and more expensive space they showed me a room that was smaller than I needed as "their only alternative for me" and it had a pillar in it taking up a corner of space as well. I cant believe people actually fall for these dishonest sales tactics. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Be warned, they dont honor deals from their website! they are a bit pricey, but the convenience of driving inside the facility makes up for it, besides there isnt much to choose from locally. The people who work there are nice, and professional. ( one of their carts had a low pressure tire, it started leaning sideways as I loaded it.)

No complaints. Clean and secure. Honored the discounts. Staff is attentive and courteous. The only bottleneck is having to wait for staff to come to lend a cart or return same; that few minutes (never more) can feel like an eternity when you just want to finish a task and head home.
