i do not recommend this place for anyone. it does not have any sense of business integrity nor any costumer service skills. the website is more appealing with its hot deals yet in reality it is the opposite thing. so once again if u guys are looking for public storage just look elsewhere where you can be treated as a costumer supposed to be treated.

The facility: 5 stars. The prices here: 4 stars. The staff: 1 star. Such a great location, clean organized and easy to access. But the staff here think that since they are so busy, and since there aren’t enough storage places in Brooklyn, they can treat you like they are doing you a solid for letting you rent here.
