I would not use Tuck-it-Away ever again and especially not their movers to move things into their storage units. Although the movers were nice they badly scratched up all my furniture since they did not use blankets (even though they told me they would, multiple times) and just slid the furniture around in the truck and on the floor of the storage unit. The movers were also extremely slow, dragging their heels during the move. A move that should have taken about 3 hours took 6 hours. It seems as if they are told to move slowly and only move 1 small item at a time so they could charge more. When I told a Tuck-it-Away manager named Ruby about the damaged furniture and how the movers were extremely inefficient, she was very rude, yelled at me and then hung up on me telling me that if I wanted real movers I should have hired someone else. I highly advise staying away from Tuck-it-Away!

My floor is heated, clean, with brand new units. Im paying $25 for a space that Manhattan Mini Storage was charging me $150 for. Ask about the cheap units. $25 and up. They also tossed in free delivery from Soho to Brooklyn.(My first unit was $80 but I paid $40 because they gave it to me for 50% off for 3 months, then I moved into a $25 unit) You cant beat the price. Refer me, Alison #CZ48. You will save $$$ by storing at Tuck-It-Away. They also have two elevators, frieght and passenger, a loading dock with a ramp, brand new handcarts and a bathroom. Price all around, you wont beat the prices offered and they have a very small late fee. You can also pay via autopay with no fee.

This storage company os great. The manager Timeka and Muhmammed are willing to help you at ALL TIMES. On any given sunday it is very busy but it runs smoothly, unlike other storage companies that gives you your key and never speak to you again. Quote me you will not be unhappy at this place

If you like reenacting scenes from the Saw franchise, this collection of dark corridors and never-cleaned floors will fit your storage needs perfectly. Super cheap though. ($25/month vs. $60 everywhere else.) Single guys only!

Got a good deal from the front desk. First floor storage 4 by 4 for $38 a month plus insurance $7.50. Nice size, staff are friendly, business hours are decent.
