Rude. Rude. Rude. When you first join they give a free personal training session. I decided to try it for fun but wasnt fun or free or judgement free, as they claim. To start my "trainer" was late. Then what was supposed to be a 45min session was a 20min session. We only did one exercise and she spent the other 15min trying to get me to pay $1000 for 10 more session with her. When I said no she automatically left. From then on the employees were rude and nasty every time I came in. I even caught one employee pointing and laughing at me while I was doing push-ups. Never going back there again. I cancelled my membership after a month but they made me pay for another month anyway because it takes 10 days for the cancelation to go through (bleeding into the next month). Judgement free zone? Ha. One of the most judgmental gyms Ive ever been to. Waste of money.

Crunch Bushwick was the most terrible costumer service experience I have ever had. They just make sure they can extort every cent they can from you. First, when I signed up I paid a 50 dollar sign up fee and on the next time I went over they were signing people up for free, of which I was not informed. Finally, when I tried to cancel only 2 months after being a memeber and barely using it, they charged a 40 dollar maintenance fee ex post, which makes absolutely no sense since I was no longer a member. Calling costumer service, they refused to withdraw the charge saying it was a valid charge. Also the person answering the phone barely speaks english, making communication even more difficult.

I was so disappointed with my experience with this gym. This place is so unprofessional and didnt care for my needs. I lost my money, and I spoke with the supervisor on Dec. 16, 2015 to cancel my membership, and he stated that he would call me back and help me resolve this issue and it has been three weeks and nothing. All the people that I was going to refer to this gym I referred them somewhere else. Please if you pay for something make sure that you get a receipt or make sure that the staff dont pocket it, and for my membership is cancelled and I will go else where. Every gym may have their issues, but at least they kept their promise and called me back.

The best gym of all that Ive tried including Blink, Retro Fitness, Planet Fitness, Lucille Roberts, NYSC and the local/small neighborhood gyms. It has the most reasonable prices in exchange for cleanliness (though I do worry about the chemicals that are constantly in the air...), quality/quantity equipment, fun classes, massage table, knowledgable personal trainers and super nice staff.

I signed up 2 years ago for this gym that was supposed to be opening in a week but they never actually opened and now that I moved to another neighborhood they finally opened and started charging me for a membership that I didnt even know was still active, but fine, I cancelled my membership but theyre STILL CHARGING ME. STOP STEALING MY MONEY, CRUNCH BUSHWICK.

Great, cheap, barebones gym. Membership that includes classes is 20 bucks. There are a TON of cardio machines. I cant imagine a situation where I would ever have to wait for one. Wish there were a few more weight machines (maybe duplicates). Biggest downside is there is a very small area for free weights and mat exercises.

I recently joined at this location. The locker room is bright, clean, spacious. All the machines are new and nice. So far, the workers Ive talked to are nice and helpful. Im paying a fifth of my Manhattan gym membership, I am very happy to find such a nice and budget-friendly gym just a few blocks from my new place.

extremely dissapointed in Crunch and their shareholders. They need to be honest, and informed the customers of whats going on, I signed up more that a year ago, still waiting. Let us know and stop playing games, what Bushwick neighborhood not good enough for the shareholders.

Paying to join a gym would be even better if it would ever open! I didnt pay that much to join, just 39 in total for fee and first month, but I have been sitting on that for 5-6 months now. They need to give us all our money back. Or give us some indication what is going on.

horrible experiences, employeed followed me to my job just because I complained to him about a situation. Came to my place of work to threaten me and the sended someone else to physically assult me! horrible! and they close early than they are supposed to!

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE !! Wifi doesnt even work there and there isnt any signal for phones. Machines are good, but some broken and they never fix them. Locker is great, got showers and stuff. Trainers arent the best ( 3 of them are good ).

finally after two years, the gym has opened. so far, it is clean and not overrun with people. my own gripe is that the womens locker room needs full length mirrors in the locker room area. hopefully the owner will rectify that situation.

This place looks permanently closed. Theres a huge FOR LEASE sign on the building. I guess it was never meant to be. Would have been awesome, though, to have an affordable gym with classes so close to Williamsburg.

gym is fine. hidden 90 day annual fee. 10 a month but the annual fee is 50. of course, they make it ridiculously difficult to cancel - no matter what they say when youre signing up.

I wasnt in love with crunch, but then there was a distance factor involved and Id just left Equinox gym due to a move. The equipment is good, the staff was great.

If you want horrible service by lazy people dont miss out by joining this location. Machines and weights are good. But the staff need to be trained better
