PROS: To start off, this place is HUGE, easily once of the most spacious fighting gyms with weight training equipment I have ever seen. For boxing, there are THREE RINGS which is more than enough and tons of bags, striking balls which is excellent. This place is clean in general especially during non peak hours, its perfect. The free weights, machines and cardio equipment is definitely a plus considering its a primary fighting gym. The juice bar is great and most beverages are decently priced. There are 2 locker rooms for male and female, bring your own lock and its free for daily use only. There are also showers in the lockers. Its generally easy to find street parking throughout the day and its FREE. Lastly, most trainers seem competent and I highly recommend them for beginners. CONS: During Peak hours (usually after 5pm) there are sometimes unpleasant odors in the locker/bathroom and some people that smell unhygienic. There are no body wash/shampoo in the showers, so bring your own. Weight training equipment is not totally sufficient for those that join are interested in a fighting gym but also want access to most equipment of a traditional gym or fitness center. The prices of the equipment for boxing, wrestling, etc are relatively higher compared to shopping online, which is understandable and expected. LASTLY, the membership fees are on the high side considering fees for a trainer is TOTALLY SEPARATE, more of this explained below. OVERALL: I think this is overall a very good gym, excellent as a fighting gym but just decent if having the equipment of a traditional gym is JUST as important. If not, then its not a biggie. For me, its is missing a free weight squat rack and an assisted barbell weight rack which are important for many that train for strength. In addition, the membership fees are on the high side. The monthly fee just to access the gym for adults is 80/month you do get a little discount if you commit to quarterly, semi annual or annual but you have to pay that lump sum up front with cash. However, this $80 just gets you in the gym for unlimited use per month. If you want a trainer of any kind, you pay the trainer separately which is a little more than the monthly cost of getting in the gym. In addition you are responsible to buy all of your equipment such as gloves, wraps, footwear, headgear, etc. Therefore, it really adds up and be quite pricey, but if $ isnt a problem then I say go for it!!! To attract more people to join, the people in charge of the membership plans should really offer a package whether is monthly, quarterly or whatever that INCLUDES 3x or 5x a week group training sessions from one of the personal trainers and having this combine package offers a discount rather than paying the full price separately. That would definitely attract more people to join or stay as members. My opinion is that for beginners and intermediates to take advantage of this gym, you must hire one of their trainers for 3x a week or 5x a week for their group training sessions which they do a few a day at different time slots. Yeah it will be a lot of $$$ paid at the end but just joining this gym as a beginner and trying to do things yourself will most likely get you nowhere! So either pay up or look elsewhere.

Great gym.........period. The mats, equipment , and locker rooms are always clean. The gym is home to top level trainers in virtually every discipline ( wrestling, boxing, mma etc.......check out the website.) No contracts, no B.S.................You want to come here! Youll find pros and novices all under one roof in a friendly environment and among members who share a great camaraderie. I was a beginner wrestler looking for a gym and qualified coach 18 months ago when I walked in the door. I joined Brooklyn Wrestling Club after one work out with them. My coach, Yuriy Vilenskiy coached for gold at the Olympics...........TWICE! Where else are you going to go with this level of trainers and coaches available ? Come on down and check the gym out for yourself. New faces are always welcome.

I had a chance to visit the Fight Factory for the first time last weekend after hearing so much about it from my old trainer, Oleg, who currently works there. Ive tried multiple gyms in the city, Trinity, Mendez, Church Street, but was amazingly impressed by what I saw. Its clean, extremely well organized, plenty of space to shadowbox and bags to play around with, weights section, threadmills upstairs and cardio machines. The membership is also very reasonable considering what theyre offering there. Showers were clean and had plenty of lockers. Eventhough, I work and live in the city, Im planning to come back there at least twice a week to get a great workout and train with professional instructors. Very impressed! Great job!

Great Gym. Feel like home. Excellent trainers. Been a member there for 3+ yeas. Crowded in the evening time. If you like to workout alone, its best to come in the morning. I do both, depends on work schedule or my mood. Whether you a beginner or professional, you will find the right trainer or sparing partner there. My goal was just to loose weight, and now I became a big fan of mix martial arts. Boxing, kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, all in one gym. Recommend for kids, adults, male, female. Once you get into this, it will become your life style.

Fight Factory is a huge facility. They have three boxing rings and one mma cage which are complemented by various heavy/speed bags. All the equipment is top notch as well as their strength and conditioning machines on the 2nd floor. Im currently self-training and the Fight Factory provides me with everything I need. Lastly the staff and other members are always friendly. The locker rooms are really helpful too.

Ok, i dont know where to truly start. Well first off this gym is very spacious and has all the equipment to satisfy your needs. Secondly, this gym has professional trainers in almost all forms of mma and boxing. This gym has 3 boxing rings and one mma cage and about 10 boxing bags in various forms. All this in one package at an affordable price Overall this a great gym and i would recommend it.

Excellent place for both pros and just folks looking for a good workout (me)! No egos, everyones nice and respectful. Men, women, and kids all seem to have a great time training here. I love the fact that their hours of operation are so flexible - you dont have to wait for your class on specific day of the week, can just stop by anytime and get your workout going!

I LOVE Fight Factory Gym. I have tried many gyms in NY (including many “famous high-end” gyms) All of them garbage. The Fight Factory - best boxing and wrestling and mma gym in New York. Very good for professionals and beginners also. Gym itself is super clean and equipped well. Price is very reasonably. No contract. Try it, youll love it!
