Ive been attending the facility for 3 years. Theyve offered me to renew the plan and get summer months with 20%off after they charged me for June and July )))) Thus by signing up for another one-year contract Im getting August only! with a discount. And the rest of months are $125 per month!!! Are you guys serious!!!!! The pool is always overcrowded! All the time! At least 3 persons per lane. On the weekends - 2 swimmers=))) Nobody checks your card so anyone can come to the pool anytime!!!!! People! Come to the pool! Its free! There are often kids with no adults supervision in the ladies changing room. Ive seen 2 girls 12yo going through every locker looking for unlocked ones so they can take what is left inside. A swimming pool attendant Oksana is very rude and unprofessional! she speaks in a very rude manner and acts like she is doing you a favor by simply doing her job. Im not sure she knows what she is doing. Sad, very sad!!!!

The gym is beautiful, staff is nice, clean. Lockers are great. My main focus is swimming. Heres my problem. The focus on their pool are the kids programs. So unless you want to swim during off hours like 6am or 9pm theres only 2 lanes available. Starting 3pm - 8pm you only have two lanes There are no regulations or anyone controlling the slow swimmers and keeping them out of the medium pace lane making sharing a lane with. 4-5 people impossible. Just a few days ago I had to share a lane with two floaters cause the life guard was giving a lesson to two kids in the slow lane forcing the floaters into my lanes. They close 6 lanes. Use those. Stop using members lanes b The pool is a disaster. If youre going there for the pool. I would strongly consider you do your research and check it out first Im not happy here. Swimming is very challenging and Im currently looking for another place to swim.

Overall, a very good and clean facility with professional staff all around, with just one exception. I have been coming here for almost two years and never had any issues. Always enjoy my time at upstairs cafe while waiting for my daughters class to end. I hate giving negative reviews or naming names but lately, its becoming an increasingly unpleasant experience coming to MatchPoint Cafe. The reason being is their manager Slava. I have never seen a more miserable looking human being; never a smile and communication skills are non existent. I gotta be honest, I stopped buying even a simple cup of coffee because of him. And thats a general consensus I hear from a lot of frequent visitors. Anyways, great place with a need for some customer service improvement.

I just had my pocket book stolen from this gym which contained all of my belongings money cc and personal belongings including my cell phone! The most ill mannered inept staff I have ever encountered what a bunch of arrogant and ignorant members moreover staff. I immediately cancelled my membership to this so called high end gym and would certainly agree with the others whom have shared a negative review of this place. I filed a police report and will not give up till I am at least satisfied. What a tremendous let down. Lesson learned for me, careful whom you give your business to ! Please matchpoint staff it would be my pleasure to use my teaching license to provide English lessons, of course not free of charge! Disgrace

Came this morning to the gym, usually takes me 30-40 minutes one way, pool was closed! I never receive any note or email, no note on there website as well. Sauna has been closed for 2 weeks already as well, and no one knows when it will be working again. Same day before I was talking to the manager about canceling my membership in order of relocation and she saw me with my gym bag - she even didnt mentioned that the pool is not working, when I got to the locker and changed already, on my way to the pool I saw the sign "line is closed". Honestly just ridicules! I am so upset and mad at the same time, half of my day was ruined.

Wednesday morning 10 minutes before class they cancel swimming session for my son. told us that we can come Saturday for the make up session the same time. My son is 1 year old and 2 month. When we get there today, i confirm that we can go in with the receptionist she confirmed. when we change and get to the pool the manager Konstantin told us off. Nasty and offensive way of communication. My son was very upset to change and see the pool and find out that Konstantin made a mistake. I have wasted good Saturday morning, that we could use as day off outside of city. Kills the mood for the day.

Terrible services over all. 1. No towels in children changing rooms to use after swimming class. When I asked for one I was told to go to women changing room to get one. 2. Once you sign your child up coaches NEVER talk to you again. You can try catching them only to receive an indifferent to highly annoyed reply so you learn to do that only in case of absolute necessity. 3. Gymnastics teachers are about 90% of the time are simply rude. 4. No toilets have tampons. When I asked admins about it they brushed me off saying my sanitary issue is my own problem. I do not recommend this place.

Очень хороший большой спорт комплекс, есть много программ для детей. Также очень хороший спорт зал с самыми новыми тренажёрами . Главное внутри очень чисто!! У них есть свой lounge на втором этаже можно вкусно в главное полезно поесть .

I frequent a lot of tennis clubs and i really enjoyed the experience here. I dont know if it was the staff, professional instruction (Alex Roberman produced an intense lesson that i am definitely coming back for), clean look of the facility (the lighting and speed of the courts were perfect), etc but it was certainly worth the trip. A must for anyone in the metro area.

You can not cancel your membership without headache! They just need to get your membership and thats all, monthly payments never stops. I asked if I can cancel my membership with my bank, and they threatened me with a collection agency and ruining my credit! What a waste! Never again. People stay away. Too overpriced. That will come up with some other fees a year!!!

Stay away from them, they share your personal information with 3rd parties. Sasha Ibragimova from billing department took my personal information and start calling me from her cell phone after normal business hours (9pm) .Its no way to cancel your membership they keep send you bills. Have to report it to BBB and Federal Trade Commission to resolve it.

The best sport center ever. It is expensive! But you get what you paid for. Olympic size swimming pool, basketball court, gymnastics, gym, around 10 tennis courts... cafeteria at the 2nd floor with view at pool and tennis courts. Healthy food, smoothie, salads, vegiterian food. Also deserts and coffee. Also breakfast etc. Enjoying this place so much.

Russian speaking people be CAREFUL!! They provide a wrong information on your language - how its easy to hold their membership. After theyll get you in membership, you will be not able to cancel it without trouble.. I didnt understand - why they have russian speaking unprofessional stuff, for making clients foolish? I am disappointed.
