I did the citizenship class at this location. Our teacher was Irina. I am glad I did the effort to do live classes. It helped a lot. Self learning at home is not as good as live teaching. I dont know how good are the other departments in this community center, but citizen interview preparation there is a worthy time spent. You have to be a notorious illiterate to not pass the interview after taking this class. They constantly do tests , dictations and answer oral questions the immigration officers ask during the interview. I saw the center has also swimming classes for 3 months babies which is pretty cool if you want to see your kids doing real sports.

Im a 52 men and i have went to this gym for half a year than started to get medical problems.I payed for an entire year and i wished for them to give me back part of the money seens i cant lift or swim do to my health problems. They refused to and with rude attitude told me that its not there problem and I should keep it to my self.As well the pool that every one swims in has a very dirty floor. They clean the water but the bottom of the pool is filthy.

Worst place ever. If only i could rate it negatively i would. Turned there for help with Green Card renewal to Zema, she did not accept me for about two months claiming me she is very busy person. So today i decided to try my luck again. She told me she would not see me until June since they are closed next week. On my question why, since it is just Monday today she did not want to explain. I assume she is really busy smoking outside.

The pool is pretty good, they clean it but the bottom is a bit filthy. My friend told me the summer camp forced you to have fun. Tennis didnt help but taught me proper swings and such. Just the basic stuff. Oh, the secretary gal can be pretty rude at some times and has a bit too big of an ego. But thats pretty much it. Personally I would suggest it for the gym and the pool and nothing else.

Positive side of it is that yearly membership is cheaper than any other gyms in surrounding areas,but,as the old saying says,you get what you paid for. The actual gym space is very small and the machines are crammed right next to each other that you can actually smell odor coming from other people.

Did not help with a job. They gave me only 4 ineffective appointments for 1 month. Do not waste your time. You will come to Polina, Luba or Faina and they will demonstrate you that they wanna find you a job but there will be no result as you are not Jewish.

Great place to get help. The Shorefront YM-YWHA and specially Ms Polina Turovsky has been very helpful to me. My friends and people from my community who have visited the Shorefront and met Polina have high regards and full of appreciations.

Four years ago that was kind of ok, now its not at all interesting to go there.After 14 years we stopped going there because there they just began to harass the visitors with their stupid new things.

They have filthy pools they dont take care of their lockers rooms.They have bad lifeguards and there summer camp is crap also they give you bad food and every body treats you crap
